Hopefully the Skyrush path will be open... I can't even wait to get more photos. I got Brendon to take drive me there in February even tho it was closed, just to take photos of Skyrush from the side of the road. I took like 200+. In the summer, I'll be taking even more :$ -

Wow, that actually seems pretty cool. I will definately be using the upgraded option during my trip there this summer! I'm going for 2 days, so I will have no money left at the end, but oh well, haha. -
Top Roller Coaster Myths & Rumors!

LOL, or those (non-coaster enthusiasts) that don't know what AIRTIME means! I get that everyone is entitled to an opinion, but I think some people really over exaggerate it. -
One of my classes at school required us to do a presentation on a travel product (I did TPRs Mid-West tour), and someone did Canada's Wonderland. They talked about how Leviathan was "the tallest and fastest" coaster in the world...Like really? If you're going to do a presentation on a product, at least get the facts right. >.>

Opps, I think I worded my question wrong, haha. I didn't even know the keyholes had names. I meant how the coaster goes through the keyholes over the front gate. But even with my bad explanation, your first sentence answers my question Since it's against the rules to double post, thank you to CoasterKing48 for answering me too! I think Lotan would be a cool name too, especially since they named their coaster last year Leviathan (which I got to ride a total of 47 times last summer!). -

I don't know if I'm having a smart moment or a dumb moment, but is the reason they named the coaster GateKeeper because the keyholes (and coaster!) are the main part of the new front gate to the park? Or is that just pure coincidence? (Or has that been really obvious all along and you're now all laughing at me? :$) -

Hmm, interesting. The other photo, looked a lot different, oh well. They could have just been storing stuff there and it (the other photo) looked deceiving, lol. I'm worried that they are modifying the restraints since they aren't on the car :\ -

Oooh, It looks like they are doing something with the station as well. I tried to post a link with the photo but when I previewed my post, it says the website was banned on here so I quickly turned back. I did read the Terms and Conditions before posting, but it didn't say anything about certain websites being banned. I don't want to take any chances though. The photo is on the All-American thrills Facebook/Forum...I'm not entirely sure why their website is banned here. I'm new and I didn't see anything on the Terms and Conditions about not mentioning them...Sooo, hopefully I won't get in trouble for posting this! Please let me know if this is in fact against the rules and I'll be sure to remove the post. -

Oh, that's ok. I was just wondering if they were posted after September, so I guess that would be a yes, lol. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see much of Skyrush during Candylane because the Hollow was closed due to too much snow. Although I'm disappointed it won't be opened for Spring Time in the Park, I'm not going back to Hershey until the beginning of May (and mid August), so I hopefully it will for sure be open by then!! -

Ooh, ok, I just wasn't sure who you directed that at and didn't want to reply in the wrong way, lol. But yes, that's what I've heard too. I'm glad that it's not just me that's heard it. I'm not saying it's for sure 100% true, but it definitely could be the reason. As I mentioned above, yes some people were complaining about the restraints, but I don't think that is nearly a big enough issue to call it a "serious maintenance issue" and for the ride to be closed for 2 park "terms" (Halloween and Spring). I wonder if Hershey will ever release an official statement on the issue. A lot of people have been asking on their Facebook page, but so far Hershey hasn't said anything about it. -

Wait...who were you directing the last part at? As in, heard what? So, do you think the issue is in fact with the axles/cars? -

My boyfriend who used to work there apparently heard it from maintenance (about the cars coupling) and told me, sooo that's what I assumed it was, but now people are saying differently (not that it's a bad thing), lol, oh well. I just hope they get whatever it is fixed soon!
