Good job.. as you start getting near your target, it will slow down (in my experience). I wonder if it works the same way, with plateaus, if one is trying to gain weight/muscle? but that's a pretty big drop for 1 week, so likely it's water weight. still tho, that's some great motivation, so congrats Ape! I am no expert on water weight but I take in between 110-130 ounces a day of water. I have maybe one flavored drink a week and have kept myself on a tight eating schedule while upping my work outs. I expected to stay at 2-3 pounds loss each week i just don't think this big drop was water weight but we will see what next week brings.

Just use the walk of shame as extra motivation to keep the weight loss going. Try switching up your habbits and routine maybe it will kick you off of the plateau you are stuck on. Boldikus that is awesome sir I am glad it went so smoothly for you. I am hoping to feel the same when we hit Cedar Point in June. With the pace I am on it should be no issue but I have a hectic May coming up filled with concerts and not so good food most likely.

Good morning I hope everyone is staying on track and losing like they want. This is a pretty mind blowing day for me. I had been consistently losing 2-3 pounds since we started all of this and this morning when I weighed in I had dropped 7! I am now at 259 and have lost 26 lbs since the last week in January. I will be interested to see if I lose anything next week. No cheat meals or anything coming up this week so we will see.

Front seat on Beast at night. Racer and vortex might not be for you. Do firehawk first thing the line moves dreadfully slow. Banshee can be done at any point of the day the line moves quick.

I mentioned to the wife that we could easily with a long weekend go from Cincy to Canada’s wonderland at some point this summer and hit Niagara Falls on the trip as well. She is interested. Give me any and all information you think I may need for such a trip. Thank you.

Well I do have a Platinum pass this year. May need to figure out a way to weasel a trip in to KD. This won't be easy at 8 hours away.

Kings Island pretty heavily has the crowds dictated by weather as it seems most of their crowd is pass holders. I have gone on some of these holidays and it wasn't bad at all and others we just turned around and left before going in.

I am currently enjoying the meltdowns people are having on social media over Cedar Points first rider ticket sales not working correctly. Hopefully they get it corrected soon though. Hope the event raises a lot of money.

Are you trying to get into shape in hopes of one day fighting back at Grizzly for what it did to you?

I wonder if the people that bash Disney have kids. I used to only care about parks with a bunch of big coasters and theme didn't matter much. Having kids and seeing their reaction to Disney I find it hard to believe people could still dislike it. We regularly hit Kings Island and I do not get any where near the reaction we did at Disney. It doesn't matter if the park is expensive or crowded when your kids are smiling ear to ear just looking at everything.

This system of Fast Pass got us on a ton of extra rides pretty much walking on at Magic Kingdom from 3 to close. I don't understand the complaints about it.

well here in Cincinnati its been snowing and 35-40 the last few days. I imagine it is colder up there.
