I use to be really big into snowboarding. One of my favorite things in the world to do. Haven't got to do a whole lot lately though. Had a nice trip to Colorado last season but I have no plans for this season. I would spend most of my time in the park because the local hill here gets boring fast. This off season I will spend most free time watching the kings island web cam

I forgot to update this. I bought us platinum passes for next season and we got a free visit this year at kings island. We used it the second weekend in october. It was overly crowded and we got rained on but it was still nice to get some rides in this season. We rode. Diamondback, delirium, racer, beast, and windseeker. She had discomfort only a couple times. Mostly due to standing in line. A couple spots on racer bothered her but it was in her back where she got the epidural. She felt fine other than those minor things though. It was 9-10 weeks after the c-section. So maybe if someone has the same questions we did they will stumble across this. Everyone is different, listen to your body and the doctor.

My favorite view of banshee so far came from windseeker. The drop just looked awesome from that direction.

I'm at the park now. We are using our free visit for this year since we got platinum passes for next season. As soon as we got on the first ride (delirium, yes i wanted that to be close to banshee) it started pouring like crazy. We got soaked. Everything was closed for a bit.

Accidentally bought heck house sign. 50 donuts down the drain. Dumb game.

My score was 15. I was expecting single digits when I started it because I haven't been to a lot of parks.

My wife won't go on most waterslides because the scare her. She is especially scared of any that get any kind of air time.

Any idea what the final cost son of beast was? I'm talking initial build price plus all of the work done through the years.

A waterslide has never scared me. I kind of wish they could make the slides more intense at times. And as crazy as it was I would have loved to go down the slipndie travis pastrana and crew did for nitro circus.

The sad part is I enjoyed both gwazi and the original son of beast layout. I was but a kid then though and could handle the punishment.

Does arriving at the park at 5 am on opening day and waiting until they open the new coaster to be on one of the first trains to the general public count? If so that's what I did for diamondback but even then it was 4 hours. I wouldn't have waited in that massive line that happened right after opening though.

I'm currently building the toothchipper in krustyland. About to finally have enough to build the apartment for thelma and patty. I have 7 boardwalk sections saved up I just continue to build those. I would like to see more put into krustyland but I'm looking forward to the halloween update.

Its the opposite for the reds if they lose people will be pissed then I have to listen to annoying negativity for the whole offseason. You will want more out of the pirates in coming years. In 2010 everyone was just thrilled the reds finally made it.

I don't know if its Because it was ten years ago and I was young and the ride was a bit newer but I loved incredible hulk and have great memories of it.

I'm looking forward to Tuesday. Should be exciting.

We didn't end up going today. The wife wasn't quite ready to leave the baby with someone. We have it planned to go next week with a baby sitter lined up so hopefully it happens Saturday.

I got home from work the other night and had my wife choose either getting caught up on the walking dead or watch the roller coasters in the raw I recently got. She decided on roller coasters. I love how much my love of coasters has rubbed off on her. We finished the first dvd and she asked if I had another to watch. I can see her picking the ones she likes that we haven't been on (which is a lot) and checking where we would have to travel for them. Thank you for the dvds!

The wife and I are considering going to the park tomorrow. I'm looking forward to seeing the progress in person.

From other pictures posted it looks like they just have to do the top piece and the lift part will be done.

I've been getting annoyed by both the reds and the pirates for being happy the nationals lost. Its like people don't realize the nationals were playing the cardinals and both teams are chasing them.
