I do t think stale is the right word for Dorney... I feel like "generic" is a better term. Everytime I go, I love the coasters, and the quiet crowds, it the lack of the wing, and bland buildings leave something to want...

I think we would be better at it! I also have to admit, I love spending someone else's money!!

But remember, it is only ruining the surprise for those that are looking for it, us! For the general public they still have no idea what's going on, unless they read the news articles... Which I don't think many of them do!

I'd rather have an Xflight than a 4d free spin...

I would laugh so hard if on opening day that ladder is leaning up against something and someone from TPR notices it...

It really is one of my favorites, and I do everything I can to find a reason to go... It's really amazing how great Pheonix and Twister make as a one two punch from wooden coasters... They are both so good, for two totally different reasons!

I could also see them tied into the seats, not allowing them to go anywhere... I agree with the OTSR idea.. But this could get ugly, and take a way from what could be a great ride otherwise...

Oh, good point, forgot anout those... But I'm not sure if they would have gone with anyone else to build on those towers... Plus, who else is making quality drop towers in the industry? I do t think Moser would touch it...

I'm not sure... Six flags hasn't built an intamin since 2011...

I feel like the VR idea is more of an upcharge idea... You can ride the ride in reality, or for $15 or so you can ride it with a VR headset and experience it in a virtual world... And Robb, I feel the same way... The ride layout is only part of the experience, hopefully we will see some nice theming (like we have seen with Banshee and Rougarou) it would be great to see Cedar Fair go a little more into theming in the future!

I also feel like Tony Clark has been much quieter on Twitter than usual lately.. I wonder if that's because of them not being able to hint too much because of this leak...

I'm going to laugh so fare in five years if each of these filler coasters pop up at all the parks...

Shockwave is closed at KD, looking at google maps, looks like it could fit between steel force and stinger... Oh Dorney... I won't be surprised....

^^^I think that might be OK though... We can't expect every ride to go into the point to be a (pardon the vulgarity) "balls to the wall" style ride. I think a well rounded line up, with different experiences make a park better. Don't get me wrong, I love an ass kicking ride, but I don't think a park that only had those types of rides would be a good park... Look at Six Flags Great Adventure's thread, it's been discussed at nausium how they need to fill in the medium thrill category in their line up... I think this is a perfect addition to the park, allowing the GP a great experience that I'm sure 85% of the GP has never seen or experienced before. I am sure it will be a huge hit with them, and although we will all want to complain about its lack of strong forces, deep down we will love it too!

I do find it interesting that it is directly behind the Eiffel Tower, which is currently the location of Shockwave...
