Since its the restraints that are the problem, maybe there should be a line, like the single rider line, for those to tall or heavy for extra big seats at the back, presuming that they make larger seats for tall guests in the future.

Spanish is very easy. Once you learn the rules of Consanents like J and such it is quite easy. I learnt Chinese for several years, and i still struggle with it. I assume Japanese is simalir. Sweedish is meant to be hard.
