  1. Peach could work. I have some peaches in the back yard; maybe I'll get one and squeeze it into a Coke. Eric "Too much free time" L.
  2. The dog needs to be walked, but I'm too busy playing bingo. Eric
  3. ^^ I tried making peppermint Coke. It's awful. I would not recommend that. ^ If by grape you meant grape Coke, eh, I don't know about that. Doesn't sound very good, though. Eric
  4. State: Too many people, too much tax. County: Strawberries are in season and good this year! City: The sidewalks are rolled up. I won't go outside for fear of tripping over them. Town: See above. House: Diana's asleep, Lori just got home from somewhere, and I'm here. Mind: Mine's "destirb" all the time, so I know nothing else! Eric
  5. ^ Lives in Europe. < Lives in California. V Lives in denial!
  6. Me like Krispy Kremes. Me have diabetes. Me no eat Krispy Kremes anymore. Eric
  7. ^ You could probably mix up something like that in your kitchen. Just put a little chocolate syrup in a Coke and see what it tastes like. That reminds me...I need to go to the store and see what other extracts I can pick up---in addition to more orange because I ran out! Eric
  8. Unfortunately, I won't be at Robb and Elissa's barbeque on Saturday, but I will be dealing roulette for the high school seniors during their after-prom party on Friday night. And one lucky senior will drive away a BMW donated by the local BMW dealership. They do that every year. It's usually a few years old, but it's detailed and looks and runs like new. Eric
  9. Please delete this one, too. But keep the last one! Eric
  10. Please delete this. Something went wacky and I posted a bunch of times. Eric
  11. Everyone by now knows how I feel about Orange Coke---it ownz u! Grape Coke? [rolls on floor] Whatever... Now if Coke would do a non-alcoholic Rum Coke (in addition to the Orange), they'd have two winners! I mixed almond extract in Coke once, and that's not bad either---sort of an Amaretto Coke. Eric "If my wife knew what I did in her kitchen, I wouldn't be here" L.
  12. I'm sure at least some of you know this, but I'll clear it up anyway. Sushi = Rice cake wrapped in seaweed, can contain veggies, egg, bits of fish, etc. Sashimi = Strips of raw fish. The reason I posted this is that some people get the two mixed up. As for what I like, sushi-wise, I like a basic rice and veggie-of-some-kind---usually cucumber. Sashimi-wise, ahi is fine. Eric
  13. I think tacos are in season. Eric
  14. I rode Cyclone at Wonderland in Amarillo, TX. Eric
  15. "Beat Street," huh? I didn't see anything about what type of coaster that's going to be. Let me finish my burrito and think about this... Eric
  16. Your trip looked like a lot of fun. I have a couple of weekends where the girls are going away, so I'm thinking ahead to some sort of road trip. For a long time I've been wanting to go to the Jelly Belly factory---I may do just that. Glad you enjoyed Bonfante Gardens. I went there last summer and had a good time. One time I'd like to take Diana there. Of note, the Quicksilver Express is a Morgan mine train, not Arrow. In fact, I think this was Morgan's first ever coaster, but it opened much later because the park itself was delayed. It's actually better in the back as I discovered. I laughed about the monorail having a lap bar. It may be the world's only monorail with one. Eric
  17. Here is a picture of me sitting in a Honda S2000 at the L.A. Auto Show in January. This is Diana's dream car. I can't blame her---they're a blast to drive (I had a friend who has one and he let me take it out once.) Funny thing---the car I normally drive can be seen in the upper left hand corner of the picture. Mine is a 2002 model, and it's tan. Eric
  18. Diana is in soooo much trouble... Eric
  19. My favorite? Mine... But if any of you are out West, you have to see one of the men's rooms at the Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo. The urinal is pretty much a waterfall made out of rocks. When you're done, you step back and a torrent of water comes down. This is pretty famous, and even ladies have been known to go in there to take a look (but not a leak...). Eric
  20. Never mind the roller coasters---this thread has been an interesting ride! Eric
  21. ^ Likes Raspberry Coke. < Likes Orange Coke. V Likes spiders in his Coke!
  22. crispy said: "I had a son, Stephan" I'd be willing to bet that your wife actually had him! Seriously, congratulations! My daughter (and only child) is 15 now and has truly been a blessing. Eric
  23. ^ Not a surprise. Bring on the Orange Coke! BTW, where did you get that? Eric
  24. As for me, I'm sitting here eating Panda Express. Then I'm doing laundry. Eric
  25. If I'm not mistaken, I think the PTC train on the Tornado is the only PTC train used on a steel coaster. Also, the original Hopkins trains were seven cars long if I recall. I guess anyone who's ridden this would know. Eric
