  1. Pouring, no, but raining moderately, yes. Do you count in Roman numerals?
  2. "I had a cardinal land on my right shoulder today! Does that mean anything important?" (Myself) It means that now you'll have to wash that shirt! Eric
  3. I don't have anything that I'd like to ask Shapiro, but I just want to say that I think it's great that he's coming to SFMM. Personally, I've always thought that SFMM has the potential of being the crown jewel of the chain. And with all of the impending improvements, the new management is surely making a go at it. Eric
  4. ^ Silver Bullet is not smaller than Xcelerator. Not as tall or fast, but much longer and spread out. Eric
  5. No, actually I'd rather grab a burger than sit in some chi-chi place and "dine." Do you eat Cheez-Its?
  6. I dropped something on the floor earlier, and it bounced somewhere and I can't find it. Eric
  7. ^ The sound. < The sight. V The smell!
  8. ^ Funny...I've gone to SFMM in the afternoon and they still had plenty of FlashPasses left---and that was sometimes on a Saturday in August! Eric
  9. "...give me a bunch of material, at his discretion, to produce something that we can give to all the attendees" (Robb) So we are getting genuine Psyclone firewood! Eric
  10. ^ Rambles too much in this thread. < Posts too much in this thread. V Spends too much time in his bed!
  11. ^ At one time, even Screamscape had a pass you could print and bring to the park, but I haven't seen anything on there as of yet. Eric
  12. One of the best ideas to increase capacity at a park is the single rider line. I often go by myself and don't really care where I sit. By utilizing the single rider line where available, not only do I cut my wait (for free!), but I help fill an otherwise vacant seat. SFMM has had a single rider line on Deja Vu since...I think the beginning---or nearly so. But they're incorporating them into other rides now. Eric
  13. ^ The way SFMM seems to be improving may mean that even better things are ahead of you there. Hopefully that'll be the case. Eric
  14. ^ Crammed all of the text in his post together. < Crammed all of his tax stuff into an envelope for this week's tax appointment. V Crammed peanut butter into his speakers!
  15. As of today, I have 73 Coke Rewards points. Eric
  16. A raccoon family. How can I tell how far the bottom side of a bridge is from the roof of my car as I pass under it?
  17. I miss Disney Magazine. They had a lot of good stuff in there. My first ride on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad was in September 1979, not long after it opened. It's still just as good in my opinion, though I think the locomotives look pretty dumb without the second large wheel. Too bad they can't find a way to remount those. Eric
  18. INTERESTING FACT TO REMEMBER: Now that X2 and Viper's track are painted red, all four of SFMM's Arrow coasters have/had red track at some point. Eric
  19. I can't offer any advice regarding child care at the hotel, but remember that Disneyland has a "child swap" policy, where you take turns riding without waiting twice. The only downside there is that you and your wife can't ride together, but you don't have to miss the attraction entirely. Hope I've helped...even if it was a little. Eric
  20. This site has been running really slow for me all day. Other sites I've been to are fine, but TPR is quite slow. Eric
  21. Thanks for posting, Neal! It's great to see that SFMM is heading back to being the great park after "taking some time off!" All of you are doing a wonderful job and we look forward to what the park will offer in the seasons to come. Eric
  22. "...soon we'll be talking about Cedar Fair like they are Six Flags." (downunder) What do you mean "soon?" Just read all of the coaster forums! I'm glad I decided to go to WCB. It's been exciting getting back on track with something that I've enjoyed so much over the years and have put on the back burner for so long because...well, I don't know why... Eric
  23. Well, we know it's not in Kansas anymore. What's an easy way to remember whose hand you shook last?
  24. I went to Home Depot to find a new vent for my central heating but they didn't have it then I went to meet a guy whose daughter got cut off by my daughter in traffic so she hit the median and bent a wheel and I have to replace it and after I left his place I got my car washed but they used the wrong air freshener fragrance. Oh well... Eric
  25. ^ I know a lot of women who could fill her shoes... Eric
