It would be nice just to see a few new flat rides in the ride side of the park. They removed Falling Star but replaced it with nothing. The Trabant is a bit tired, maybe something updated would replace that ride nicely. I’m saying give the loyal park patrons a new experience once in a while. I know this isn’t Cedar Point but a little treat for the locals who support the park wouldn’t be such a bad thing.

Wow MIA getting a lot of board discussion all of a sudden. I remember this park as Deer Park Funland back around 1980. My have things changed. The old Corkscrew coaster was my first coaster going upside down. I hope they do get some love from the home office.

Does Cedar Fair flat out hate this park or what? I mean come on give this park some love already. 10 years since receiving their last major ride and it was a hand me down to boot. MIA has soo much land and so much potential. I’m not buying the competition against Cedar Point argument because Kings Island is way closer to Cedar Point and doesn’t take away anything.

Kraken is due for some fresh paint. There is a lot of rusty spots throughout the ride. Surprised they didn’t do so during its changeover to Kraken Unleashed.

How about Quick Draw?! Side Winder, Stampede, El Bandito, Chupacabra, Side Saddle, Dust Devil, Silver Spurs, Longhorn just to name a couple possibilities.

Does anyone know if the new annual pass prices will effect current ongoing passholders arrangements? I’ve had a renewing 2 year 2 park pass for over a decade and just wonder if there will be any adjustments to the locked in arrangement?

There’s a rumor from dipping dots guy that the parking lot may get fresh stripes and maybe even some fresh directional arrows!!!

Cobras Curse at Busch Gardens.

What I find funny about the Antarctica ride is despite the mediocre reviews it got it still has the longest wait times compared to the other attractions in the park.

Sea World removed the VR from Kraken! This time it’s permanent and I couldn’t be happier.

Mako at Sea World Orlando has some insane airtime.

Michigan’s Adventure, a park trapped in time! It’s basically Cedar Fair’s red headed step child. New trash cans and an occasional new bush or tree is all you’ll see at this park.

I agree, the park is really loading up with closed attractions. I was there recently and the site of Gwazi really saddens me. You can see parts of the entrance roof falling apart. At least Tidal Wave is not an eyesore anymore. This is my home park and I really hope they start stepping up their game. And will someone please tell me what the hell is up with Montu? Every visit I have this ride breaks down. One time recently it broke down every time my son and I got in line. I have never seen a B&M coaster with as much down time as this one. Maybe it’s time for a major overhaul of this ride. I never see Kumba or Sheikra break down as much as this one. Seems Busch did the best by this park than any of these owners since then. Shame Busch couldn’t buy them back and get it back to its glory days.

The sports complex area looks pretty good. That will keep non riders busy for sure. The coaster is goofy but looks like a lot of fun. I know one thing, you’ll never see a Detroit Lions themed coaster. Like their coaches the ride would be removed after a couple of seasons LOL.

I really hope for a RMC Gwazi not some off the shelf clone coaster. Busch Gardens Tampa is not known for adding clone attractions. Every ride they built has been new and original. Now other parks have copied them but they have never copied other parks. So I am hoping they continue creating their own unique rides and attractions.

I’ll only say this, keep your eyes peeled for that famous RMC truck.

I wonder how Steel Vengeance will compare to New Texas Giant? Both had similar structures and layout. This should be an interesting comparison.

Does anyone else beside myself still hold out hope that eventually Busch Gardens will Rocky Mountain treatment their sad and closed Gwazi coaster? I mean as long as this ride is still standing pretty much intact there may be a teeny tiny chance down the road. Since CEO Manby seems to be on a adding rides mindset to Sea World Parks maybe there's a chance down the not so long road. He was with Hershend was he not when they started their relationship with RMC? Let's hope maybe Gwazi will roar again someday.

I just feel this is yet another year of passing this park by on adding anything. I truly believe my former home park is the red headed step child of the chain.

Is the track going to be re-painted too for this transformation? It's really due for some fresh paint especially on the trench vertical loop.
