  1. According to the CP webcam, it's not being taken apart.
  2. SUF-at SFOG It's the only one I've ridden.
  3. Another thing is (and this doesn't apply to every coaster, but still) I love to anticipate the of the initial drop. Like Goliath at SFOG, you get some of the best air in the back. Point being, LIFT HILLS RULE!!!!
  4. MF+night=OOOH! PRETTY LIGHTS!!!
  5. After my last ride on the Beast, I'd say It's my second favorite woodie. My last ride went like this, It was about 15 mins. til closing time. We (me, my dad, and my 3 cousins) got in line. We got to the station, and it broke down. During that 15 min. delay, nearly ALL of the people left the ride. The only people remaining were my group, and 2 other groups. That was about 8 to 10 people overall. They opened it, we rode it. BTW, It just rained, and a pretty dense fog had settled in where the Beast was. So, Beast+night+fog+not many people on the train=BEST BEAST RIDE EVER!!! If that wasn't enough, we got back to the station, got out and headed for the exit when the ride op says, "You guys can ride again if you want to." So, we rode again, in the same conditions. We were on the Beast a full 15 mins.! Oh yeah, SOB. It's fun, but extremly rough, it has no at all, the only really fun part is the loop. Overall, it sucks.
  6. Those are really sharp cutbacks. This coaster sure will have quite a whipping effect, but being the fanatic I am, I'm a little concerned about how much air this coaster will have.
  7. There's this one piece of track on sight that looks like a double down drop will be part of the coaster. That 'll be awesome! Hopefully this will be an machine.
  8. So yesterday was my birthday, and I decided to go to Holiday World because I've never been there before. It was also only 3 hours away! So, here's how the day went. We (me, my friend, and my dad) woke up at 6:30 am and left at around 7:15. We were almost there when my dad's car broke down. We were delayed about 30 mins. The guys that were helping us decided to give us a ride to the park. We entered the park and the first thing me and my friend did was the Raven. The wait was about 10 mins. I sat in the 1st row of the last car. I was expecting a very intense woodie. What I got was a lot less intense than I thought. It was really fun, but I was expecting way more. After that we went to the water park and got ready to do some slides, but first we did the Bahari River, the new lazy river they had. I was kinda random because the only senery were 2 rock faces alongside the entire thing. There were no trees, it was in a big field. After that we did this slide complex called Otorongo. It had 3 slides, we did all 3. The best one was Otto. Then we headed to the Jungle Racer. Right before the race, some kid beside me let go of his mat, and when the life guard blew the whistle, me and my friend didn't hear it so we wound up in the last few places. We ate lunch and headed back to the park and rode the Legend. First row, last car. It was a lot more intense than I thought it would be. IMO it was way better than Raven. We than went to the Thanksgiving section to ride what I came to Holiday World for: The Voyage! In a word: INCREDIBLE!!! Lots of and laterals and positives and that out of control feeling that every woodie should have. After that we did Liberty Launch. This was my first S&S tower ever, and it was pretty fun, but I'm ready for something bigger like Power Tower. So anyway we did the Hallowswings, and then Raging Rapids, and Frightful Falls. We went back to the water park to do the slides we missed. We did AmaZoom, and Bamboo Chute, and headed to Zoombabwe. The line was too long and we had to meet my dad at the front of the park at 6:00. we left Zoombabwe and headed for Zinga. It also had too long of a line. So we did Jungle Racer again, this time I got in 4th. We headed back to the front only to find that we had changed plans. I told my dad to meet me at the exit of Raven in an hour. So we rode Raven. This time in the front. A lot less force than in the back, but still really fun. We had some time left before meeting time, so we rode Legend again, also in the front. Fun ride, but way better in the back. The wait was a little longer than I expected. We met my dad a little late. We headed back to Voyage because my dad said he wanted to ride it. My friend and I waited for the front row. My dad waited for the 1st row of the 2nd car. He got on before we did so he waited for us at the exit. We rode in front (did I mention that we were riding at NIGHT!) The night ride was GREAT! I could barely see the track at all so it was a ride with many surprises. As we were headed dow the exit ramp, we ran into a girl who was puking her guts out We were going to ride again but they closed it on us. So we run to the next best thing, Legend, and see that it's STILL OPEN! We ran in and rode in the back. Awesome ride! That's it for my 15th b. day.
  9. Mean Streak!? It must have been because of how cool it looks. I gotta admit though it's pretty fun, but it is NOT a top ten coaster.
  10. Anyone know what that sign on Mean Streak says in the first photo of the latest update?
  11. Hangtime, just not too much of it. Too much can give me a head rush, which gives me a bad 10 min. headache.
  12. Well, unfortunatly, I live in Nashville, and the closest park to me is SFKK. A total of 3 hours away. At least SFKK has my favorite schwartzkof coaster, Greezed Lightnin' But I put south because I used to live in Lawrenceville, GA, and SFOG was about an hour away from us.
  13. Let's see, I've been on the following: Magnum Gemini Corkscrew (Cedar Point) Dahlonega Mine Train Adventure Express-BEST MINE TRAIN EVER!!!! Cedar Creek Mine Ride Vortex Iron Dragon Top Gun I'd say Corkscrew at Cedar Point is the worst. The camel back hill before the loop smashed my crotch, and the corkscrews had a lot of in them.
  14. I LOVE the sound that Mind Bender makes when going through the 2 loops! I also really like the sound of the cable being driven on TTD. Oh, and the sound of Flight of Fear's LIMs. Heck, I love the whole entire sound mix of the launch of Flight of Fear! For those who don't know, here's what happens: 1. the buzz of the LIMs 2. screaming riders 3. the roar of the train going down the track 4. and a low rumble (I don't know where it comes from, though!) so freakin sweet! As for the worst: the very loud screech Mean Streak makes around it's turns. It's sounds like someone scratching a chalk board!
  15. If it were up to me, I would like for this coaster to have the 1st half of Colossus and the last barrel roll before the brakes, and not have the 4 barrel rolls in a row. Instead, it would have more hills.
  16. I think that my 1st coaster was the Little Rock'n'Roller Coaster at the now defunct Opryland USA in Nashville. I was 4 at the time. Age: 14
  17. DEJA VU!!! It's pretty smooth, and has good on the spikes!
  18. I'm thinking, MAJOR EJECTOR !!!!! After seeing that vid, you just know.
  19. YAY!!! WAFFLES!!!!! Nothin like fresh waffles with maple syrup! YUM!!
  20. quick question: I'm going to SFOG this Tues. and Wed. Should it be a lot less crowded than it is on Saturdays? just wondering, because the last several times I've been at SFOG, it was on a Sat.
  21. I really like the Superman's scheme in Madrid, Spain
  22. Well I do hate it when rides are closed, followed by long lines. There is another thing, mean guests. When I was at PKI 3 weeks ago, after my Beast ride, I realized I forgot my hat, so I ran back up the exit and on the way up, this kid starts yelling at me, "HEY KID, WRONG WAY!!." I wanted to punch that kid so much!
