New B&M trains on Steel Dragon
XYZ replied to Trevor's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The trains look great and I think this is the first B&M train with 2-abreast seating (other than the Psyclone trains). The only problem is the 6' 1" height limit is very low. Now, I can't go on it, but there's better coasters in Japan. -
Electric Fields [RCT2]

It looks nice, though it has some issues. First of all, the park has way too many coasters and lacks non-coaster rides. Also, I see some of the coasters being a track that came with the game. Other than these two issues, the park looks good. I feel like this scenario needs to have a small park essence to it and you did a good job on that part as there are no crazy huge coasters in this park. Keep up the good work. -

[RCT2] PROJECT I: Playland Park (NCSO)
XYZ replied to XYZ's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
1964 Update Playland Park had its grand re-opening and thousands poured into an amusement park that wasn't open in over two decades. The park re-opened with everything exactly the way it was in 1932 except for Playland's new attraction. Pacific Flyer opened with the park's re-opening in 1964. Pacific Flyer is 75' tall making it the second tallest coaster in Playland Park. The 3051' length makes Pacific Flyer the longest coaster in Playland Park. Pacific Flyer features a dive into the ground. Pacific Flyer has a long 945-degree helix! Pacific Flyer is the only coaster at Playland Park with a double dip as the first drop with massive airtime. -

On the last photo, you can see Wicked Twister on the upper LEFT corner. Fixed. Also the first picture, the center of that awning thing is where Space Spiral was. Darn typos. I fixed it. -
Mid-April. Hmmm. I'm just going to say that this is after the Spring Break crowds, so you should be fine going on everything in one day without a Flash Pass. I would ride Orient Express first to get up the mountain and then you can hit Tatsu, Ninja, & Superman before the crowds come in. After that, I would head over to the back of the park to ride Riddler, Green Lantern, Batman, & Apocalypse. Then, I would do Goliath, Lex Luthor, Scream, & Colossus. Go on X2 in the middle of the day for shorter wait times. The colors don't look that great. For those who play RCT2, you know that green and orange don't go well together... -
Least favorite coaster element.

I generally don't like corkscrews on stand-up coasters as they give me some headbanging. Other than stand-up coasters, I like corkscrews. -

SFDK & SFMM tickets are just $5 more than SFA tickets. SFDK & SFMM passes are just $5 more than SFA passes. This really is not that great of a difference. Gold passes at SFA are only $80, and they are $114 at SFMM. And yeah, like I mentioned earlier, there is really not much of a difference. Does anyone know about the construction status of Bonzai Pipelines btw? That is because SFMM has a seperate admission Hurricane Harbor, so that is an unfair comparison. For Bonzai Pipelines, I haven't seen any construction updates. Though, I would expect some more when the park opens in a few weeks.
