Well the deal went through. The midwest is safe once again. Whe he was with the Bulls, I saw him walking to the Berto Center (their practice center) from his condo, which was across the street. I had a chance to run him down.....oh well.

Actually, they were filmed on Kauai.....along with 50 First Dates, 7 Days and 7 Nights, one of the King Kongs, Raiders of the Lost Ark, plus hundreds of others.

Great looking dog Wally! It must be something about those German dogs. Our Schnauzer is one of the smartest animals I've had the pleasure of owning. He actually puts all his toys on his blanket and then pulls the blanket through the house so he doens't have to carry them on at a time. It actually quite remarkable.

I was actually pleased the last time I was at WDW and the prices. $200 for four or five days? That's not bad at all, and considering I only go every couple of years, it was well worth it in my eyes. Robb, you really should see Blue Man Group. I've seen it three times (AHHH, thre times I could have gone to SFGAm). It's well worth it.

1) Just because the phones are at Disney, doesn't necesarily mean they're operated by Disney. Perhaps you should be more upset with the phone company, unless Disney has it's own phone service...... 2) Just about everyone has a minimum charge amount for using credit cards (usually $15) to cover their costs for allowing you to use the credit card.

I bought the Dazzle 9.0 a couple of weeks ago to convert my family's old VHS tapes to DVD. It uses a USB plug, no firewire available. Taking analog video and converting is easy. Open the software (more on that in a minute) click "capture Video" and press play on your camcorder/vcr/etc. Obviously, for each minute of film it will take that same amount to convert. The Dazzle 9.0 software that comes with the converter is a POS. The editing portion is OK and fairly easy to navigate but, making the actual DVD's is a nightmare. I have less that 2 hours of film and no matter how I compress the video or, the soundtrack, it won't fit on the DVD. Dazzle 9.0 tells me I have 65 minutes uses and 66 minutes left available everytime. You can read about other customer's complaints about the same thing on Pinnacle's barely accesible forum. I'd say buy the converter and purchase the editing software seperately. Anyone have any suggestions on good editing software?

I've got a PS2 and an X-Box. I don't think I've touched either in about a month. I had a Gamecube as well but, sold it to a co-worker. I'm actually contemplating boxing up the two systems and, taking them into GameStop for some new goodies.
