  1. Griffon isn't really considered a floorless coaster, it's more considered a Dive Machine.
  2. S:EFK leaves a good 30-50 feet between it and the actual top of the ride (Where the drop towers will be located) so unless the car is rising and S:EFK is running (Which I doubt it, they'll probably have a schedule or put mufflers on) when you're at the top it won't come close.
  3. Trust me you don't want a tall standup. Your standup is just fine. Goliath is good too. You guys have what...4 Beemers? Be thankful for that, but if anything you guys need an Intamin Blitz.
  4. Mantis/Green Lantern (SFGadv)
  5. Isn't that the same POV that was posted 3 weeks ago except with the wingover/Zero G roll?
  6. Dunno. Maybe BGW wants to make sure Mach Tower was working fine before they announced the 2nd part of the expansion, 2 rides down = *Facepalm*.
  7. Few weeks? Aghhhhh damn you Irene! Does that mean the announcement date for 2012 coaster will have to wait till it's fixed?
  8. 1. Nitro 2. El Toro 3. Apollo's Chariot 4. Griffon 5. Big Bad Wolf 6. Yankee Cannonball 7. SooperDooperLooper 8. LCM 9. Alpengeist 10. Millenium Force
  9. Well the Family coasters SFGAdv have are a bit...kid-ish for a family coaster. They could make a coaster like Cheetah Hunt and call it a family coaster (Cheetah Hunt actually is one). Really all depends on the height requirement.
  10. I do not agree with anything in this post! We all have our opinions. Wheels wear down over time too.
  11. Just wondering would it be possible for TPR to have a CW event as well as LeviaTHON or if anything just LeviaTHON?
  12. Actually speaking of Runaway Mine Train, that coaster is 37 years old! It's due for a replacement, and to be honest, doesn't have to be a family coaster, seeing as they already have 3 others. Anyone else think it's time to say "Goodbye" to Runaway Mine Train?
  13. Ahhhh that coaster took away my manhood. Ouch. I thought Bizarro was a bit jerky. Especially in the middle of the cobra roll and after the helix (after the MCBR) I had to take some Advil afterwards though.
  14. ^ I'd call it painful in a fun way. The only really painful part is the turnaround. I'd say Green Lantern, Bizarro, and Kingda Ka are more painful than Rolling Thunder.
  15. Zurich is located near the Alps?
  16. It's build next to some power lines?
  17. The second and third underground tunnels were extended to create one giant tunnel?
  18. I know it's not good for much, but just to have the first Beemer ever is kind of nice.
  19. Losing a trophy Beemer for a 800 foot long low capacity Intamin? Doesn't really balance out.
