Apple Hill is awesome! There are a ton of places to stop on the way up there. Some places have events on weekends, Harvest Festivals, etc. etc. The food is amazing, and the fresh apple juice even better. Check it out. I used to live about 25 mins from there, near Placerville. -RD

Don't forget there were markers spotted back near Drop Zone a few weeks ago.... There is also a dead food place back there? I'm guessing the park will wait to make an announcment until after they close. -RD[/url]

Looks like you guys had a good day. I spent my day at the park today also.. Well thats normal! Yea, the water is looking much better than it was two weeks ago, it was a nasty brown. -RD

Whats funny too, is SFMW added Family this year, and is one of the most profitable this season. They have been loosing money the past few seasons. It shows that a big coaster does not bring in people. Quite smart of SFMW to take the family route again. I look forward to what exactly the new childrens area will include. -RD

Fright Fest in the past few years is def. not worth the $10. I haven't been this year, but I don't know if I'm willing to dish out $10 for the same old mazes. -RD

It was nice meeting everyone quickly. For those of you who were there and questioning who I was, I was the guy who stopped bye and said Hello right after the hanging for a good 30 seconds. I was with a big group so it was hard to stay, I'm kinda sad I didn't get to hang out with everyone. None the less, sounds like everyone had a good time. Hopefully I'll get to a TPR event sooner or later. -RD

Some of those old PCW rides the Dinosaur Egg and the Small Cars are now at PGA sitting in the old train tunnel. Kinda funny to see them after all those years. -RD

Well I just mentioned to Robb, I will be there on the 13th. I'll definatly try and find a few minutes to hang out with everyone as I'll be with a bunch of co-workers who aren't TPR readers. But i'll find some time to escape. See you all there. -RD

PGA will not tear down Grizzly anytime soon, it still gets good ridership. PGA Is very landlocked, but they do have a few options. As EBL mentioned, the park is stuck @ a 225 Ft Height Limit due to the route of the airport going directly over the park. I would love to see a small hyper go in behind Xtreme Skyflyer and near the Imax. Really no need to remove any other coaster, you could easily fit a station back there, and a nice length coaster that stretched all the way back towards Grizzly. -RD

With the removal of the old Mexican resteraunt in the back area, quite a bit of room will pop up. On that note, I have heard from a few people that PGA is having one heck of a season? It is interesting that the prices have dropped a tad. -RD
