  1. Well, I can't imagine Six Flags renaming their Batman and Superman coasters to something like "Superhero: The Ride" or Six Flags renaming their Mr. Freeze coasters to something like "Reverse Blast Chiller". I would think that people would still ride them regardless of name and/or theme. The DC Comics superheroes and villians is part of Six Flags' branding along with the Looney Tunes. As for "Big Spin", I think that Six Flags should have just kept the name without Tony Hawk instead renaming the spinning coaster to "Pandemonium".
  2. When Six Flags lost the right to use Tony Hawk, his name, likeness, and branding was removed from the spinning coasters and they just became "Big Spin". Kind of almost what Darien Lake did to their Superman: Ride of Steel coaster after Six Flags sold it and the Superman branding was removed from Ride of Steel. Six Flags only wanted to use the name "Pandemonium" for their spinning coasters in the US just for unification. If I was the CEO of Six Flags I would either renew the rights to use Tony Hawk or just call the former Tony Hawk coasters "Big Spin".
  3. Raptor (Cedar Point)
  4. Six Flags Great Adventure Big Spin roller coaster or a big spin on Wheel of Fortune?
  5. Nightmare at Phantom Cave
  6. I just have one question regarding the quote above, does Tony Hawk acutely owns the rights to the name "Big Spin"? Yes, now you owe him 2 dollars Then how would you explain Six Flags' use of the name "Big Spin" right after Six Flags lost the right to use Tony Hawk?
  7. fixed What do you mean by "fixed", does/did a DragonBall themed ride already exists/existed? Six Flags should have done a Tony Hawk themed Zamperla Disk'O ride when they had owned the rights to use him!
  8. I was thinking more of a James Bond roller coaster themed as a car chase like what the Blacklot Stunt Coasters were when they had the "Italian Job" branding.
  9. I just have one question regarding the quote above, does Tony Hawk acutely owns the rights to the name "Big Spin"?
  10. Phantom's Revenge (Kennywood)
  11. Did you seriously just quote yourself? Yes!
  12. Sounds like the spinning coaster has an "identity crisis"! I never really understood why Six Flags changed the name of the "Big Spin" coasters to "Pandemonium" besides Six Flags lost the rights to use Tony Hawk? It's not like Tony Hawk owns the rights to the name "Big Spin"!
  13. I second that for Kennywood to buy Valley Hills!
  14. Incredible Hulk Coaster Steel Mean Streak or Steel Meaner Streak?
  15. Wheel of Fortune
  16. So, which one of the Arrow 4D coaster models was Six Flags Magic Moutain's X based on?
  17. Doesn't Darien Lake still have the old water park entrance (not the one that's now a bunny house)? If they still have it, they can relocate the main park entrance to there and that would free up some space for a water park mini expansion.
