The Raiders seem to pick up a lot of people abandoned by their team. Im guessing TO will be picked up next year by them.

It is set sort of to the side of the main path, so it doesnt really clog things up unless they open the other parking lot.

All of the HHN stuff was gone except the mine shafts near JP, and of course Poseidon and the Discovery center were still closed. The effects on the Poseidon facade were working though. I also totally forgot to post a follow up to your TR Erik. That stand has been finished. Its a refreshments store on one side, and a merchandise store on the other....(sorry for the blurriness, I was in a hurry) -Aaron

Well, I didnt have anything planned for today, so I decided to head out to the park to shoot some pictures and ride some rides. I also decided to test out Confisco Grille, but Ill put that in a bit later. So we started out with a ride on Hulk, because its just so hard to not ride it first. I went to the park with my friend Nick today. It was nice not having to pay for parking, because he has a preferred pass. After that, we decided to hop on Doom which was running very fast it seemed. I begged the ride op to let me get a video like Guy's from the floor up, but he said he 'didnt want to break my camera', so he put it in the little bin. As I was walking out of doom, I noticed an open door off to the left..... Demon Cantina!? We then proceeded through Toon Lagoon as both water rides were closed, and onto Jurrasic Park River Adventure, which ended up having a little problem. The boat in front of us just stopped, as as soon as I saw it stopped, I immediatly started hoping we would get evac'd. We were stopped right under the waterfalls in the first section. After 4 boats piled up behind us, we waited about 20 mins, while every 15 seconds, the 'Please Stay Seated' spiel played. Finally, a guy appeared, pushed a button, and we were on our way.... We then headed to Dueling Dragons for a quick ride on both sides. They were running 2 trains on each side, but the guy in the booth on Ice mightve been a little slow or something, because he kept unlocking the restraints, causing the station ops to re-check everyone. Other than that, DD was running really nicely, and the duel's were perfect every time. We then made our way through Suess Landing, which we decided to skip through as we were strapped for time. Prof. Mcbean's Unusual Driving Machines wasnt being worked on, but all of the electrical track attached to the steel I-beams had been removed(thats why the short-cut was blocked off). They must have someone from SFMM working on construction, as the doors in the walls were wide open. I decided to close them as a good samaritan. They also started with the x-mas decorations already. The tree has gone up... On our way out to Universal Studios, we decided to eat at Confisco Grille. Im sorry that I didnt get any good pictures of the menu. I took several, and thought I got a good set, but they ended up being unreadable. The restaurant was very nicely decorated inside, and all the staff were very nice and friendly(hot too;). Nick and I both decided to order the Mixed Grille, which was Ribs, Chicken, Sausage, BBQ Corn, and fries. Although the food was very good, it seemed to be disproportional to each other. The chicken was by far the best, but there wasnt enough of it or the sausage. There was too much ribs! Overall price, $19. The meal was very large, and even filled me up. That price also included the soda, with free refills:). We were going to eat dessert, but we were too full. They did have a nice selection though.... After our meal, we headed to the other park, USO. The only reason we really came here was to get a few rides on Mummy and MIB. I missed Rat Race. The area looked so different! Overall, I had a great day-trip, and hopefully will get more weekends off from school to do days like these. It was also my first time in the park without all the HHN stuff, and I was kind of dissapointed! They should just have HHN year round! -Aaron

Well IM developing the Multi-Coaster. For anyone thats been on Coasterforce forums, you might get this inside joke. Ive already contacted B&M, Intamin, and Arrow, and they are all interested in developing my product, but its sooper top secret, so you guys cant see!

I must be the only one that doesnt understand all the hype behind this coaster. It may be true though that Ill porlly never get down to Austrailia, so I just dont care. Cant wait for a POV though!

In terms of most in shortest amount of time, ive visited IOA 6 times since August when I moved here, and still see new things every time. As far as total, probably PGA, just because I had so many fieldtrips and city trips to the park. SCBB is also up there.

Soda is always a must, because i also like the ice after drinking the soda. Sometimes, especially after pay day, ill get popcorn or some sort of candy. I like Reeces Pieces.

Cant wait to see any pics or vids you may have got. I took some up here in Orlando, but we didnt get that bad besides some internet outages.

As im sure many of you know, there is a reference in Mummy to the old Kong ride. In the treasure room in the upper left side of treasures, theres a golden Kong statue. Theres also reportedly some of the Kong structure still visible as it was part of the building, but I was unable to locate it during my last visit.

Oh, yea, I guess I missed that pic! Ill most likely be in the park this weekend to get an update on the Prof. McBean's Machines or w/e its called. I really wish I would have had the time to meet up with you guys at the other parks. So far it looks like you guys had a lot of fun. Maybe next year! -Aaron

I saw this in the theatres before Saw 2 as well, and I was shocked at how poorly done the trailer was. I also laughed at how the one kid just lifted his harness up like nothing. Ill probably end up going to see it just because it has a rollercoaster in it though.....*sigh* -Aaron

Great updates guys. Although I was credited, I didnt notice any pictures of mine in either updates. Oh well. I second Guy on the 'it feels just like yesterday' sentiment. It was great to finally meet some of you guys and hope that if you come back next year, Ill still be around and can join up again. I had a blast! -Aaron

Yea, a lot of areas especially near Ft. Lauderdale are estimated to be without power until next month!

Im a pretty big guy myself. 6'3" 240lbs and I fit fine on all the rides in the park and at USO. Youll be fine!

I only make it right before I go to bed to get full blanket coverage. haha. Also, when people come over, in addition to picking things of the ground, I also tend to throw the blanket over the bed in any old fashion. I never fully make the bed involving tucking blankets and fluffing pillows and such.

I waited nearly an hour for Terradon Flyers in IOA. It was horrible because the guy in front of me was there with his family, and he kept talking down to his kids and I could tell they werent having a fun time. I wanted to say something, but I didnt want to escallate things. The ride was a huge letdown too. I thought it was longer!

Yea, its great to see that you all had a great trip. Seems like you got out just in time too, as I just heard on TV that all Disney Parks and Universal Parks are closed today(Monday). It isnt too bad here. Lots of rain and some pretty strong wind gusts. I havent been able to get pictures because they arent coming out very good. I do have a video that came out really good if I can find a place that will host it! I had a great time at Universal with you guys and I hope you come back soon!
