Yes, there always seems to be a rash of this after a new ride is formally announced. Overall, I like what I'm hearing about Verbolten and am inclined to wait and see how it plays out.
I was very pleased that the name was "Verbolten" and not some of the other possibilites that had been "leaked" eariler. I'm looking forward to this new ride. BGW took a chance with DarKastle, and I'm glad they want to go with something different for their new coaster.
I agree with this completely. I love Knoebels' food for "snacking," but Epcot beats all other parks for "dining" (Tokyo DisneySea is no slouch here, either).
My answer would be "no." (However, two years ago, I probably wouldn't have quibbled about this.)
Another great Bash in my "Year of Bashes": West Coast, Texas Giant, East Coast, and now Deep South! Thank you, again, Robb, Elissa, and SFOG for putting together such an amazing day!
^In general, the emptier the house is of guests, the better the scares. It must be tough to time scare events when you're dealing with a conga line (this is where having good, creepy atmosphere is a plus). One of the best haunt experiences I've ever had was BGT's toy factory maze a few years ago--we got there early, and were the only three guests walking through it.
Although I'm not high on the "Lady Luck" theme (the Web site is fun, though), I'm intrigued by the houses this year with the minor exception of the Thing, because it didn't work the last time they tried it. I'm looking forward to the "dueling Poe houses" at Tampa and Orlando.
I think you just move the sword from side to side to keep the cannon from crashing into the wall and exploding.
You have to cut four lines to release the sail, too.
