  1. Revolution (sfmm) was my favorite coaster when I rode it, but now it's very, very dull. Could just be the trims, though.
  2. ^Yes, which makes them somewhat useless. And if I turn on collision detection you won't be able to place them. Sorry, they're for show only.
  3. ^I think I get that part of it, but I'll need to find a tutorial on how to make one in Wings 3D. I went ahead and created a non alpha buoy, and it looks pretty good. I still need to unweld the vertices on the rope (because of the weird lighting), lower both the rope and buoy (because water level is lower than ground level), and resize the buoy. I've given up on unwelding the vertices in Wings, so I'm going to try to do it on Blender. I've also been trying t create tikis that fit the wide slide and the body slide, but it's hard. The lovely buoy.
  4. ^Wings 3D Does anyone happen to know how to unweld vertices in Wings 3D? I'm thinking about making this rope but for the rope I'll probably need to use alpha textures, which I know nothing about.
  5. Download The water slides coming out of tiki statues kinda inspired me to make them for RCT3. The texture still needs work (because you can barely see the eyes and nose), but it's coming along nicely. This could be the start of a waterpark pack, now that my modeling skills have improved.
  6. OK, I tried to upload a video so I made an acount and uploaded and after a long time it said that guests can't upload videos (yes, I do have cookies enabled). The thing is, the video was added to the site, but it doesn't work, and I can't delete it. The video is called Santa Barbara Fair, please delete it.
  7. Basically, you take a pic, move the camera to the right slightly (Set the camera mode to Freelook and the speed to 1 to do this the most easily) and take another pic. Then you assemble the pictures in this awesome program.
  8. Oh, I didn't know that. I would think it would take a second with all these 150k pictures (I kinda wish I could have the bmp verions that are much higher quality). I'll remove that. It would be sweet if people posted more 3D images of thir parks.
  9. What I think would be sweet would be an airtime hill, but right after the track gets to the highest point it does a roll, so basically, it's a zero g roll except the track is not upside down at the top of the element.
  10. West Town looks more like a forest than the old west. To make it look better you should change the terrian to look like a desert, take out all the evergreen trees and replace them with the wetern foliage, and finally make a few little hills and rock formations around. The racing area is pretty sweet, although the ground below the coaster looks pretty bare. I would make a checkerboard type pattern on the ground by coloring the tiles white and black. You could also spruce it up a lot with the Street elements pack, which you can't download right now because the Atari forums are down.
  11. It is a shame to see coaster and ride making companies go out of business. It seems like there's a lot of competition in that market these days.
  12. Okay, I'm almost ready to release a MUCH more useful version of this set There's a ton of new pieces and stuff, and they're all recolorable! Red pieces are recolorable, the rest are going to be recolorable when I release the set.
  13. What bugs me about this park is it's just not very original (and if you add a Delirous flatride I WILL get mad, because EVERYBODY adds those to their generic themed parks). What I think would make it unique and cool would be adding some actual gardens, with maze like paths and stuff. Use the Accents custom scenery set.
  14. Why don't you use the DRP tubes pack for the sewer? And IMO, a superhero type coaster should not zoom through plain ol' hills and stuff.
  15. Everybody is always making jokes and stuff about Magic Mountain, but it is an okay park, and if you want thrills Magic Mountain is probably the number one park for thrills in California. I highly recomend it if you want sort of the opposite of Disneyland.
  16. Three pieces, a pillar, a pillar base, and a pillar top. It also has a really bad texture. It's not recolorable. Maybe it would be of some use is it was (and I want to try to make it so). Maybe it's of some use right now. You can download if you want below. Simple Pillars.zip Put the folder in C:Program FilesAtariRollerCoaster Tycoon® 3StyleThemed
  17. ^Extract the folder in the zip file to C:\Program Files\Atari\RollerCoaster Tycoon® 3\Style\Themed. Oh, and BTW guys, there's a new really awesome and easy tutorial for importing objects into the game! I would make a custom scenery set if I had any 3D modeling knowledge.
  18. ^Everybody's does. I would change the kiddie coaster setting into an oasis, and if you keep it a garden then at least change the fence so it looks more arabian. Also, all you seem to be adding is coasters with the ocasional flatride. I would love to see a darkride/water flume ride (use the arabian scene in this RCT3 ride video for inspiration). Also, add more theming around rollercoasters also.
  19. You will find what you seek here EDIT: Dang it! You can't download it anymore!
  20. Hey! You stole my RCT3 park's name! Plus, you have a ride called Demon Fall, which sounds very similar to a ride in my park called Demon Falls! Just kidding haha lol etc, etc. Anyway, the Arabian part of the part lookss great, especially the shot of the river rapids! You should use this sound loop in the station of the rides in the Arabian part of the park.
  21. Work continues... The line is starting to get theming. A bit more of the station is done.
  22. Work begins on fixing up the park's old coaster Corkscrew. The new entrance.
