I'm also not saying that this "sucked" by any means, I'm saying that the rules were not clear, so therefore users will want exclamations and reason. I didn't mean offense by that, take it as more advice. The more well laid out the contest is, the more cohesive the contest will be. Anyways, congrats CC9, very nice concept. Clearly, this contest wasn't run very well, considering this was suppose to be a public vote.

Personally, the only member I see that we lost was GCI, because he actually started here first, then started newport, and moved over to shy guys to get more traffic. Krypt, Techno dude, and Brandon, are active posters on Shy's, not TPR. It was just an effort for more traffic. But yes, there customs tracked rides were benefiting our small RCT 3 community here. Is it a devasting lost? Not really. In reality, all it does now is make this area more tranquil.... Wonder how long that will last?

Here's what I think: the Terms of service is not that hard to follow, and it's there for a reason. Sites don't always last, and photo uploading sites have their own bandwidth issues to deal with, yet Robb is making people post here to ensure that photos, files, and websites, are not lost! How hard was it to even just upload the file on the forum? That would have sufficed. The issue was he gave us an additude, and while shy guy has a point about working things out, it's easier to do that on a small forum. When you have over 30,000 registered users, than that becomes a job of it's own. Also, like I said before-- TPR is not a game site, and therefore the forum is already a different being on it's own. Half the people would have not been baned had they not sided with their main forum. A game site and a coaster site should never be in almost unity...because they never compare. The game exchange is for the users here, and no one is going to be forced to use it.

Yeah, This is pretty awesome! Too bad RCT 3 doesn't have a better coaster designing engine, but hey, that's what no limits is for! Very cool. I bet it would be an awesome if real.

Went to the park today, and I must say, Knott's does a very good job making sure the park feels like a ghost town. I was there for two hours, and for the first time ever, I got a solo ride on Ghost rider! That was great! anyways, the construction crews are now working on the final base for the Wind Seeker, but no concrete yet. They still need to set in the footers and re-bar: Xcelerator's support paint job is now complete! Call me weird, but I rather they keep the track pink. Did the Sky tower move!? I guess not.

It was going to happen anyways, but yeah, pass the butter!

Exactly. It just irks me how so many people "hate" you and TPR. Everyone I've seen ban have had a good reason to be banned. Kids... They have to bitch an moan when they lose something. lol

I don't think users understand that TPR is not really a game forum, and so many expect it to act that way. Still, it's so stupid, on both sides to let the fire burn... This is stupid.

It's really sad to see how seriously people take a game that is meant to please a demographic younger then the users that play it. But, in almost all games, especially online, there are the few elitist that shun those away, but that life away from the computer is no better than the virtual one many chose to hide in..
