  1. I found something one Six Flags America's Facebook that made me laugh a little. As many of you know, SFA is putting up teasers on there facebook page on what there ride for 2012 is, and one of the comments said- Really?
  2. ^ Most of my friends refer to it as Six Flags or Marine World. Most of them didn't even know about that name change until I told them.
  3. ^Thanks! Im just wondering, do Riddler and Scream still have short lines, I remember them always having short lines of my visits.
  4. Im sorry if im changing the subject but does anyone know how busy the parks gets on a average Wednesday? What rides should I go on first to beat the lines later in that day? All I know is that X2, Tatsu, Goliath, and the "New" rides get long lines.
  5. Lets see- SFDK(Of course) SunSplash Lagoon Adventure land SFGAm Timberfalls Noah's Ark Mt Olympus Valleyfair Nick Universe FunPlex Park City(Would you call the place with the Alpine slides and coaster a park?) Water World Cali and I might possibly be going to SFMM in Nov. I FINALLY have more than 10 wood coaster credits!
  6. ^ and why did he THINK that kong was a Schwarzkopf
  7. Well, the park posted a "Guess what we're getting" type thing on there Facebook page, and it's pretty entertaining reading what people think the park should get, a mini kong? OUCH! But I think the park will really be getting an "inverted stand up wooden launched 4D Aquatrax" (Which I believe was posted by a fellow TPR member) next year!
  8. Well, it hasn't even been conformed that Big Spin is even leaving SFDK, so no, it hasn't. On the ride rumor thing, they pointed the camera at SM:EK, didn't they, which IS a coaster. So could they be hinting a new coaster 2012, bringing back they coaster tittle? Because not all parks have to be as obvious as SFA when it comes to a 2012 addition
  9. No coasters? This isn't stupid. The poster clearly said sfmm WINS (coaster wise). He/she never said Disney has no coasters. Also, regarding calling park 'Six Flags,' I don't think thats dumb or weird either. 99.9999% of the world refers to their own park as Six Flags. I personally call SFMM 'Six Flags,' because nobody in LA is going to assume that I'm talking about any park other than SFMM. If anything, once somebody realizes there is a SF park elsewhere, they just say 'oh! There's a Six Flags there too? Cool!' Your right, they didn't they that, they said the FLORIDA had no coasters....
  10. I said by looking at that, not by being local about it
  11. Five Guys In n Out Popeye's Taco Bell Those are my favorites
  12. Here's some from my roadtrip! Sexy, isn't it? I just like the way this one turned out. Such an awesome park! Viper mmm, viper Hellcat, little ride, BIG punch!! Hmm, this looks familiar OMG AIRTIME!!! Gravity Group Goodness! Awesome ride! Random Arrow Fun little coaster! The AMAZING Log Chute!!!
  13. That would be cool but that layout is much more an Intamin kind of thing. But looking at that, you might be able to but a mini B&M hyper in that area!
  14. I don't think SFDK needs a top 10 roller coaster more than it just need a fun, thrilling ride, its been lacking one for a few years now. And considering that they got something they REALLY needed for a while this year(A tower ride), we might be in luck!
  15. Jupiter at carnivals fit that descrtiption. www.gas-services.info/sheet.php?section=farfabbri&name=jupiter I really couldn't see that at the park, I just couldn't. If it was a flat though, I could see it more along the lines of a Evolution style ride.
  16. ^^ Yeah, that took me by surprise too, when he said that I thought " If that's true, than how is he cleaning up the park so much?!"
  17. A youtube comment on SFMM's go big cam- No coasters?
  18. Its looks like many of the Six Flags parks are making an announcement on the first, ive counted SFMM, SFGA, SFA, and SFDK so far, the 1st will be a very exciting day!
  19. What you said is really based off of a "Coasters only person" point of view. I think SFGAM is REALLY lucky to get what they got in the past ten years. An awesome splash battle, a REALLY awesome water park, SUF, and lots of stuff in between. But even if they haven't added a new thrilling coaster in the a while, they still have Raging bull, Batman, Eagle, SUF, and the amazing woody that is Viper!! I think you guys over in Gurnee are really lucky to have a park like SFGAM!
  20. So burning papers, skulls, a pirate theme maybe?
  21. ^ By looking at pictures, it seem pretty compact to be, not like a Euro Fighter can be though, they would just have to get creative
  22. Well, if its a Euro fighter style ride, could it be an Intamin vertical lift coaster like Fahrenheit? I looks like a Euro fighter mixed with a blitz coaster to me, and its pretty compact(I think).
  23. Wow, I guess Cedarfair really likes the Windseekers, wonder if there will be any other parks getting one this year.
  24. ^ As much is I would like to see something like wicked at lagoon or a Schwarzkopf, I have to agree. I think a Euro Fighter is the most logical thing to go there, but the thing only is, I know that SFDK has many family friendly flat rides, but they DON'T have many family coasters, only Pandemonium, Cobra, and Roadrunner. I guess you could call Roar a family ride but it might a bit to wily for some. But really, I think this park is ready for a thrill ride.
  25. I think a Skyloop would be cool, but they do have VERY low capacity, so if it would be pandemonium's replacement, It wouldn't make sense to replace a low capacity ride with another, but with six flags, you never know! I think a tower launch or another Schwarzkopf would be cool, correct me if im wrong, there is one of these for sale, and it looks like it could fit in pandemonium's old space: Mmmmmm Schwarzkopf!!
