I've also looked at court records for the area and not seen anything filed under the alleged owners last name or savetehbigdipper in the last several months. Maybe we will get lucky and a couple of college scholars will buy it.

Magic Springs is a nice little park that's in desperate need of something a little more than the X Coaster, don't get me wrong, X is a good ride, but due to mechanical issues, it no longer runs it's original program. The water park is also nice and included in admission making it a great family value. The park on my last visit in July was clean and ops were friendly, just didn't have much of a crowd. Too bad it's had it's fare share of owner issues. Thanks once again!

since it's a steal track on a wood frame I don't anticipate any ride comfort issues. The wood structure should, in my mind, give you some sway like in a traditional woodie

^ yes, they are in storage. I believe SF's had some pictures of them on the facebook page a while back. The colors are red and black metallic. I call the train on track teal, they call it aqua. Potatoe Potato

^^ you would be correct. I've witnessed foam buildings burning many a time and the thick black smoke is one of it's trademarks.

New SFOT Big Spin Pics

Looks like they are finished with the Tony Hawk makeover at SFOT entrance, the tony hawk videos are gone, replaced with park advertisement, more specifically, TG signage replaced on the platform and the back panels look to have been removed and painted removing any resemblance to it's former self

Just got back from the park, still alot of work to complete on the giant. They are aligning track, installing new air gates, and look to have two tracks in the maintenance bay to complete as well as the loading of the other two trains. 9 weeks to go until opening weekend for the park, at this point I would think they would want to be testing by the end of Jan or first of Feb to be able to open with the park, guess we'll see! Many Thanks! working on the top lift chain mechanism area work is still on going on the lift classic shot backside of one of the OMFG turns and the front side lets see, how about some track aligning? notice the bolts missing around to the lift area the safety railings have been installed on the transfer track, but no sign of track rails installed in bays 1 or 3 sexy new air gates going in backside shot and finally

Just updated page 1, and I have to say, I don't think there is one thing anyone has mentioned that I don't disagree with. As far as x2 is concerned, I did get beat up a little myself, but looking back on it, that was part of the fun as I came away with no brusies, and I can't wait for WCB to try different seats! I can, however, see how some may have a different opinion. Are there any more flats out there that might need some TLC like dark rides, spin and pukes, etc?

Thom25 has informed me over in the TG thread (I know it was off topic but was kinda on topic at the same time) that as a seller of franchises, it's been his experience that SF's doesn't pay fees/royalties and gets the product for cheap, plus the franchisor pays SF's to be in the park, so one has to wonder, given that, why they would even think of getting rid of something like Cold Stone on those sweet terms...

Updated the first page with a summary of what all is in need of help. Kings Dominion seems to be the current front runner, maybe after they get I305 sorted they will focus on some re-do's. I can't agree more with CFC on Rebel Yell, bring it back to it's hayday, it's a great racer and would like to see it around for many years to come.
