I fully understand not adding a 20 million dollar coaster every season however, painting as well as general maintenance should ALWAYS be in the cards. There's no excuse for not keeping infrastructure maintained.

^LOL. You could have been like another park to the East of you that has a coaster that is fully built damn near and still denying that it exists.

Scream and RRV use Nylon wheels which contribute to their "roughness."

The morning hours are usually when they are out working on the platforms. By mid-afternoon they usually put them in "day" mode. ^Agreed.

The platforms have 3 levels: 1- "Day," which is submerged and out-of-sight 2- "Show," which is where equipment is exposed just enough to perform the show 3- "Maintenance," which is where the platforms are completely out of the water They ran into some issues with the scissor lifts underneath the platforms when the show initially opened but those issues have since been resolved.

I love TTDs rolling block system. KK could benefit from this.

Here's a video 1 of my friends shot when we visited the park in 2009 but I'm sure the lack of efficiency still holds true to this day. This video made it to Screamscape back in 2009 and park management got a hold of it and needless to say they were not happy. Sorry for the poor video quality as it was shot using an Android phone.

I vaguely remember hearing SFGAdv was leaving that to pay homage to RT.... I could be chalked up to not wanting to pay to have it removed however.
