  1. Quotes from a KBF RO. I know all too well.
  2. Fair enough. In the park's defense, I think 3 trains on floorless coasters is not necessarily needed. Is it nice? Yes! But an efficient crew with 2 trains is OK. Key word: Efficient. 1 train on a floorless is dreadful.
  3. ^Thanks for clearing up what I already know. My point was, with 3 trains there should always be 2 available.
  4. Not surprised. Riptide @ KBF is on borrowed time as well.
  5. Some of the members on this forum like to complain about rides that aren't completed yet. Hell, we like to complain about a ride based on CONCEPTUAL ART!! In all seriousness, I think Baron 1898 looks like you're run-of-the-mill B&M dive coaster however it's station and lift are decently themed. While I will admit that Baron is not "groundbreaking," it will be fun I'm sure. Hope to make it to Europe in the next couple years. Efteling is on my "List of things to do."
  6. Medusa at 1 train is unacceptable. The ride has 3 trains so 2 should be the minimum while the 3rd is used to cycle trains for rehab.
  7. Judging prior to riding is how we do things.
  8. ^Agreed. I remember when I went to CP back in '07 and we walked into Dragster's queue 10 minutes after posted park closing time. Great guest service.
  9. I love how they did the presentation inside the tunnel! Very cool.
  10. Drive tires/pinch wheels on the brake run makes sense so empty trains don't sit on the brake run for extended periods of time.
  11. ^LOL. Maybe they did it to f*ck with us. I know I would if I worked in the park's PR/Social Media department.
  12. You're just talking nonsense. SFMM would NEVER cut corners like that....
  13. They wouldn't be used as a block. I just think they're going to be used to regulate the speed of the train as it levels off at the top of the lift.
  14. Magnum XL could use these........
  15. ^^The drop is straight after the lift so second chain motor not needed. This is the 1st Dive Coaster that does not have a turn after the lift.
  16. Mike also Tweeted that the ride's PLC is online.
  17. They haven't. I personally know someone who works in the cycle shop and they are still understaffed and over worked.
