The season I worked at CGA I used to look forward to hearing people scream, it made it that much more fun to work there.

Ugh, I wish I could get down there for the GL filming, let along be able to ride it when it opens, darn it! I was reading the last few pages and I don't understand the negativity/complaining about WCB... I have never been to one of these events but from what I've read on here they sound totally amazing and I'm sure everyone involved in setting it up puts in a lot of work to make things right, and a lot of fun! I look forward to going to one in the future. Every single TR I have seen on here about an event like this gives the impression that people had an incredible time at the event. So I guess what I'm saying is those that are hating on this need to shut the fu*k up about it, if you don't want to have a super-awesome-amazingly-fun time then don't go and don't complain. And like someone said earlier about the red car, I too think that is a vinyl overlay, it just looks too goofy for the ride. But if it's not and that is the paint on it, then having the cars different colors like this would be cool.

Don't know why but its been like that as long as I can remember. SFGAMs Demon also has or had at least one train that was red, CGAs trains have always been black.

People may say that, but I believe it's probably more in the sense of "ha, ha, I rode it and you didn't, so therefore it was better." In my memory of it, those airtime hills were exactly the same as the one on Corkscrew at Cedar Point. Nothing really to write home about. That's how I remember them, the hills were fun but nothing really spectacular. I was ten years old so I'm sure it seemed way more super cool that it actually was.

Yes that was before the 'Demon' makeover when it was still its original name, the 'Turn of the Century'. I remember those hills, they did provide some air, they were fun.

^Yes but the guy was in (or needed) a wheelchair which apparently that ride does not have wheelchair access in the event it needs to be evacuated, basically. I'm thinking there are ADA accessibility issues here.

I would like to find the article about the Small World incident, that must have been terrible for that guy. Yeah, in that case I could sue. 40 minutes....wtf?

They have had a wild mouse before, my mom remembered it. So I don't think they would put a new one in because older generations wouldn't ride it. If this was a spinning one it would be a different ride. And what about the newer generations, wouldn't they want to ride something like this? As far as their demographic, which group do they make more money on, older or newer generations?

That was crazy! I could see one of these (swings) on the summit maybe swinging higher and with a longer program, that would be a lot of fun!
