So not true. If the park really wanted to put a coaster ANYWHERE they would find away to do it. Doesn't matter if it appears there is no room because there always is, if that means removing or relocating something if they want it that is what they will do. The easy way out is to put one around the star tower and by wwf, or just remove wwf and that opens up more space. If the pictorium went there would be even more.

The E-Brakes at the top have no moving parts, they're more like magnets you see on B&M's and Intamins to slow the train down just in case. There's nothing mechanical up there that needs to work, so if they decided to launch the car to pass the magnetic brakes every time, it wouldn't be an issue and wouldn't cause any damage. I'm not sure if this is correct. I have seen with my own eyes the car held at the top of the tower at those brakes. If the brakes at the top are "active" meaning they would have some sort of power source, then they could hold a car. However, if they are "passive" then they would only slow it then let it fall. I don't know which way it is but here's a pic of them, i can't tell if there is any conduit running to them, it's very hard to see. Maybe someone else can see it? But if Robb has seen the car actually being held then that would imply that they are indeed "active" brakes.

I don't know when they changed to red and blue but when I worked there in 1989 there was a black train and a brown train. Also, compared to the Giant Dipper trains, the Grizzly trains have some giant wheels. Something else that was different, the programming for the brakes to get the train through the emergency brakes and into the station loading area was totally different, IMO it was a lot smoother, none of this "grab-release-grab-release-grab-release-grab" nonsense it does now when it brings the train to the loading area. Instead, the breaks after the emergency brakes stayed close, as the train would hit the first one, slowing it down a little, that one would open and stay open, then it would hit the next one slowing it a bit then that brake would open, etc., until it gently got to the last one then they would all close, the same was true on Demon as well. I can't stand how they operate now, it's annoying! Funny, if you timed it right, you could let go of the dispatch button (you had to hold it down until the train got to the end of the station) just before the train got to the station brakes, then hold it down again and because of the way it was programmed, it would make the train go kind of fast in the station and come to an abrupt stop! I don't know if this is any different now, but back then when you were running two trains, it would not let you dispatch the 2nd train until the 1st train passed the proximity sensor at the top of the turn above the station. Something else that used to happen a lot but they have since fixed, there used to be a photocell sensor to tell the PLC when the train was at the emergency brakes. A sender on one side and a receiver on the other side, going across the track diagonally. Well, because it was a photocell, when the sun hit it just right, EVERYDAY around 5 o'clock, it caused the PLC to think there was always a train on the emergency brakes so as the next one was going up the lift the ride would "set up" or stop when it got to the top as that would indicate that there would be two trains in the same block, (this block was from the top of the lift to the emergency brakes). This happened all summer long. They tried adjusting it, moving it around, didn't matter, same thing happened. Finally, they got rid of it and placed a different sensor in a new location. Boy that sure was fun!

How do you save a screenshot or video of your turn with the claw? -

Got disconnected in the middle of my turn. But then I got to see the guy climb in to restock it. -

This is awesome! While waiting in line I saw a couple of people win colorful balls but when it was my turn I totally lost. Man it was so fun!!! Well back in line, only 447 people ahead of me. -
^ That's odd, over my many visits to the park through the years Stealth was there and the numerous times I rode it never once was it down. And sure, the line was always long as obviously it was the most popular ride ever in the park. Actually this is the first time I have ever come across somebody referring to it as a maintenance nightmare. Even if it did require a lot of maintenance you have to kind of expect that with a ptototype. Psycho mouse seems to have a case of over blocking, all that is not necessary if they are only going to run a few mice.
