Pretty sure the one they were using was one from Free fly systems. I know for sure they were using one of their gimbals. Im kinda a drone nut so i found it extremely hard during the shoots not to stare at the drone. Also you have to factor more in than just the cost of the drone. By the time u add fpv, flight controller, gimbal, and battery a 4,000 dollar price tag for the frame can almost double

Those "talent" people were extremely annoying. They acted like they were above the rules and when I was in the trailer during some of the downtime they were all sitting there complaining and talking about how they wanted their overtime if they went too long there. Another one was borrowing everyone else's phones to call his talent agency to get more jobs. I saw the guy who took the "pov" video editing it in the trailer and it was nothing more than a shaky unviewable mess that mainly had the camera looking at the seat in front of him.

Interesting that u overheard that. Thinking back at the day now I think that might partially explain why sometimes they were having a hard time dispatching the second train while the first was running. The operator kept saying he was getting an error. System might have been running into issues timing the 2 trains rather than the 3 it is designed to run optimially at. Honestly I can see the dueling getting FAR better and more likely to occur if they iron out ride program and maybe varry the lift speeds a little more to even it out. Hopefully with Alan there tommorow maybe he can help them even out the ride program

Just left the filming early unfortuantly because my girlfriend was sick and wanted to go home. The ride is AMAZING. Like chickenbowl said ive been anticipating this ride for years and its simply amazing to have a RMC creation so close. The airtime is endless and there are so many low headchoppers it feels like ur hands are litterally going to touch it. This is definitly the new #1 coaster for me (havent done an east coast coastee trip), and will easily be a #1 on the west coast for just about everyone. When it comes to dueling tho thats when things i think will ultimately lie with how much the park wante it to duel. Getting the timing right was pretty good today but there were times where it was definilty off. When the timing was perfect it was amazing, but it seemed like anything could throw it off. If the green lift would slow down more i think the chances of this thing dueling consitantly would be higher. Overall tho this is going to be a monster hit for the park

Adventuredome Discussion Thread

Ill be out in vegas next week, hoping to finally get to the adventuredome, haven't gotten down there in my last few trips to ride el loco. Any tips to get to adventuredome and avoid that disgusting casino it is built in back of as much as possible? -
This is how I think it will work: The train that is finishing its first lap will hit the lift hill, if train 2 hasn't left the station yet or is too far behind, train one will continue through the course without dueling. It will mess up the dueling aspect of the ride for a few cycles but eventually as long as the crew gets their act back together (who knows might ruin dueling for the entire day because it's six flags after all)
