^Hmm, while I think the update would still work with your illegal version, you should go buy the game. Besides, you'll get a discount on NoLimits 2 when it comes out if you have proof of purchase. -

^^You have the game NoLimits right? I mean, this is an update, so if you don't have the game first then that would be a problem. Just making sure that we get that across first. Like he^ said, you can check this topic on NoLimits-Exchange and see if anything solves your problem. -

Looks okay...I would like to see revised track connectors but that's just me. How are you going to incorporate terrain though? You have these supports attached to the ground...the stock NL ground. Wasn't this thing going to have some terrain? If so, you probably should have done that first so the footers attach to that instead. -
This coaster was part of the Three Blind Mice Competition 2011 (TBMII). Teams were blindly and randomly drawn for appropriate roles. Only when all the parts of the project were completed did the team members know who they worked with. In the end, I got A113 for track (hell yeah) and Liddy for theming! I'm lucky to have an awesome pair! _ Trackwork - A113 Theming - liddy97 Supportwork - AJClarke0912 _ So, the end product is a small Premier shuttle. It's got the overkill supports, janked up barrel roll of inconsistency, strange transitions into the turns, and the awesome zero-G spikes you know and love. And it has a support structure that CHANGES COLOR on the tower (all me by the way...took a long time...had to look at a gradient in GIMP then paint markers in a parabolic fashion and then record the RGBs underneath all of those markers). You didn't know rainbows were that b****y on supports did you? Well they are. Anyway, enjoy this video that doesn't have Daft Punk or Deadmau5 music (omg I know)!

lol It's a very random update...especially since they are deep into NoLimits 2 work. To me, it seems like they made a model for Zamperla's Twister coaster (as an animation), and Zamperla let them use it for the public NoLimits version. So they threw it in as an update. Might as well. -

^^I'd actually recommend emailing NoLimits support. Mad Data never answered my emails, while NLSupport even responded to my email concerning station audio. I think the e-mail is "nolimits(@)nolimitscoaster.com", but I'm not sure. I'd check the site. -

Went from THIS piece of crap that I got for "free" from my grandparents to this... Volkswagen Jetta VR6 It's a 2001 and it has tons of features like automated sunroof, seat memory settings, etc. And it's a manual. The V6 packed in that little car makes it GO. It has an early clutch engage and a narrower catch window than my brother's car, so it's tricky to drive at first (and when you're not paying attention lol). But that thing can really pick up speed, which is awesome since I love cars. And the stick shift has a "MOMO Italy" logo on it, which makes it look like it has an aftermarket race transmission. Or so I like to think. Also, the remote on the car keys doesn't fall apart like on the Mercury. That's because it has working A/C AND windows, so the car isn't 130 degrees while you drive, which means that the glue holding the keys remote doesn't melt. And it actually makes it drive-able in the summertime. YAY! And the license plate indicates my gender, which is always helpful for picking up the ladies... -

^Haha, the patience comes with getting wisdom teeth out. Since I had nothing else to do, I just played my Lunaland all the way up to Year 16 for a couple days. -
[RCT2] - Lunaland
AJClarke0912 replied to CoasterCreator9's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Well, I have deemed this scenario "too much to complete". I have SO many rides, and guess what? Only $500,000 park value. -_- I would basically have to have 4 copies of my Lunaland to beat this scenario. I have made so much...you have no idea. So, pretty soon, I think I'll be stopping work on this. It was fun though! New overview. Think of FOUR of these. That's what it takes to win. Pony Tales has new neighbors (bottom left). Hawksnest, Circulator, and Titan. I guess I was on a "prefab" spree. I put in a revised Lunar Launcher because for some reason, in every game of RCT2 I played, guests just rave for it. Funny thing is, Gambit actually has better stats. Still, this thing always has a queue of 150, and eats up 96 guests per cycle. Here is Sky Dive. I just wanted to make some gimmicky freefall machine, not necessarily from B&M. Inspired from Tower of Terror @ Gold Reef City. Really, it's just a huge (and cool) tower that drops you and slings you into a big curve. My last creation, Vindicator. This Intimidator-inspired custom layout cost an estimated $75,000. The excitement rating, from what I remember (I forgot to snap a pic), is around 9.75. Not too shabby for a non-terrain-based giga. The queue area is massive. And if you don't think that's massive, that's because you're not seeing all of it... As you can see, the queue goes underground and zig-zags throughout ALL of that space. At the time of the photo, the queue was currently holding 550 guests. With TVs on every square of queue, the guests' decision to leave gets postponed right until they board, so it's a rare sight to see someone drop out of the queue. Still, after dozens of insanely huge rides with massive lines and 3,000+ guests, I am only 1/4 of the way done with this scenario. And that's probably how far I'm going to get. I am just so tired of going on and on with it. It was fun while it lasted though! -

Update! I have every thrill and gentle ride researched and placed in my park. It's so chaotic! Hopefully I will research the giga coaster, because when I do, I will make a MONSTER one that reaches way out from the park! Nonetheless...pics! The new overview. Quite a mess. Gambit has a lot of new neighbors. Pony Tales, Launch Command (custom S&S tower), and the Butterfly-inspired "Leap Frog" coaster hiding behind Texas Tubs. I also have many other new coasters such as the Rotovator and Flying Turns. And some new flats to fill out space. Grimble's Adventure is an extremely large junior ride. Featuring 6 trains, this ride is a long trek through the wooded hills! My newest addition, Storm Rider. Featuring an airtime hill, cobra roll, two interlocking loops, three corkscrews, and many turns, this ride is sure to scramble your brain! -

You can't have two train types in NoLimits. In fact, to make coasters duel, you have to have a mobius track. NoLimits 2, however, promises to feature more than one coaster type/track in a single setting. And I agree...not too sure why you used Kumba-colored trains for this ride. I would have matched the "black/white" theme better, but oh well. -

^Well, it's actually kinda cluttered now lol. I have continued the park quite a bit...and now I have crap everywhere. Compact, but everywhere. There are tons of theming clashes and other crap, but oh well. Hopefully I'll post some pics soon! -

Wow, quite impressive! I did see some strange trackwork here and there...just minor glitches though. It looks like the track was handbuilt then AHG'ed. Nonetheless, the interactions were very original and creative! Fantastic ride there! -

Well, about that coaster. I redesigned it, but I'm still heartbroken. The old layout was SO awesome, but I guess it was "too awesome" for RCT. First I'll show pics of the old layout (that apparently fails), and the new layout, which is now reaping in cash as a separate save game. I had closed the park for the new layout as I was constructing it, and then I reopened it with tons of advertising. Now I'm raking in cash! Since the entrance is the best way to make profit (and my park was already kind-of maxed on guests), I did the close/reopen trick. Now I have $50,000!! First 4 pics are old Gambit, then comes the park with the new Gambit: Here is old Gambit. For some reason, the ratings suck! WHY?! There aren't even any red G's!! View 2 View 3 The block sections were lined up in such a badass way. And the layout was very unique and cool when you saw it up close. I guess the ride was too long for RCT's comfort, so it gave it bad rates. What a b****. The new Gambit with it's attendance resurge technique. Look at the total admissions money now! $$$ New Gambit's statistics. Why does this rock more than the old one? It's worse! Oh well... Spiral Hedges was my first "ride". The Maze proved to be a tough addition to start a park! It required so much land! The Scrambler came next, then, stuff. My first major roller coaster, Cannonball. It came after my side-friction and my Virginia Reel. Another one of my awesome custom designs. The Midway breaks into a "T". The other two coasters, Garden Roller (custom) and Texas Tubs are visible. -

I actually started this a while ago before I left for vacation. I'll hopefully be posting some pics soon. I actually sat there for a long time and let it slowly make money while I did other things lol. That way, I had enough money to make a monster woodie, which for some reason has "eh" stats. It's stupid because it has no red forces and it has a great layout and pace...it's just lengthy. So, in turn, RCT gives me a red intensity rating that just dips a tad far into Very High. Kinda disappointing...it's like I wasted $30,000. Little late now though. -
An Intamin Woodie Concept [NL]
AJClarke0912 replied to Oreos's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
The other thing to keep in mind is that this isn't a Schwarzkopf, and it's not a loop. If he wants an Intamin woodie, it should have realistic G's to match, because if it doesn't then the shapes won't resemble Intamin woodies, and it thus won't be one. -

6.8gs? What's wrong with that? A good Anton Schwarzkopf coaster does that... R.D. "Give me G's, or give me MORE G's" Sussmann Games Forum Moderating Team Do note that Schwarzkopfs only sustain that for pretty much a second. Also, the most G's ever on a Schwarz is 6.5, which lasts for an instant before it starts dropping near zero as the 3-car train of Mindbender moves to the top of the loop. Holding 6.8G's for more than a couple seconds would pretty much black out everyone on the train. Sorry. -

Ooof, 6.8 is really way too much. I'd go 4.5 MAX for an Intamin prefab. Round it out a little more/make it bigger.
