  1. I just got mine out! Only two out of three though...apparently the third one is too new to be messed with. It was SO easy really. Went there, they used a "butterfly needle" type of I.V. that was extremely small...I didn't even feel it and I HATE needles! Yay. I don't remember going to sleep or waking up, but I do remember riding home. I was a little loopy when I got home, but not too bad. Apparently, they substituted Lortab this time with some other painkiller, so I don't get to experience the legendary wisdom teeth happy pill! Maybe next time lol. My face felt like jello for about an hour...it was funny! The numbing stuff made my lips feel huge lol. I can feel the stitches touching the sides of my tongue, but I'm probably not supposed to be messing with them with my tongue so I'm not gonna try to feel them. Anyway, it was super easy! I don't know if it was just that I had a great oral surgeon do it, or if it's really just that easy. Yay! Now I gotta let my mouth heal for a week or so and I'm good to go!
  2. Darn, I was hoping to get my first TPR Bag of Crap! Good round though guys!
  3. From what I can tell, this has nice shaping so far! This looks pretty good.
  4. I think it's mainly a RAM issue. From what I hear, basically if you have Vista, you can pretty much guarantee that your RAM is cut in half so to speak because it's such a bad system. Going by that rule of thumb (whether it's true or not), I have 1GB of RAM. Although, I have FPS dips in NoLimits even when 3Ds don't get too involved, so that's probably saying that I don't have much hope. And I have a computer that just so happens to be the "not-as-customizable" Slim edition. Yay.
  5. lol, It's too bad though. It's practically unplayable on my computer! I just downloaded it after a bit of waiting, ran it through Steam (which I have but never use), cranked down all the graphics options, and it STILL slayed the crap out of my computer. FPS just plummeted to single digits. I guess I won't be enjoying Valve's gift! At least until I get a new computer or graphics card.
  6. Do you download it through Steam or something like that? Or can you get it on Xbox? I must get it!
  7. ^Cody? From CF/RCTL?
  8. Sounds like a Compatibility Files issue. I don't want to explain this, so Google it lol. I've explained it to probably 50 people in my lifetime.
  9. Haha, I'm reading all these "OMG COKE HAZ OWND PEPSI AS IT SHOULD BE". Am I the only one that doesn't care? The difference isn't that extreme. Pepsi is sweeter, Coke is heavier. Or maybe it's just me. Either way, I could care less lol. I drink both equally. It's not life or death if a restaurant carries Pepsi products or Coke products. I just drink both and both are good.
  10. ^That's actually a pretty cool layout, but I'm strapped for time. I'm participating in a contest on NoLimits-Exchange and I'm starting to fiddle with a couple side projects and a major one. Hopefully you'll find someone else that could give it a shot, but it may not be accurate based on who's making it. The best situation for this ride would be a recreation from a well-experienced Newton2 designer. Nonetheless, I'm sure you'll enjoy whatever comes out of any NoLimits design. Riding a drawing is pretty cool, no matter the accuracy in shaping references, support structure relations, etc.
  11. ^^Exactly. I mean, you gurgle when you poop, and you're not complaining!
  12. Thanks guys! I do read all the comments on every page, so the ones I get I really enjoy!
  13. Apparently...you posted in it! Ohhhhhhhh [not so burnnnn].....
  14. Downloaded! I'm gonna give this a whirl. The terrain looks very pretty!
  15. ^Thanks! ^^The tunnels are part of the 3D asylum building complex. So they are "real" tunnels that cut through terrain.
  16. ^Wow, very beautiful NCS work and terrain work! You probably have me beat!
  17. DOWNLOAD NOW! Welcome to Schizophrenia, a half-year-long endeavor or retries and crap. Well, here it is now. First off, I'd like to give substantial credit to TheArchitect, who created the fabulous 3D asylum complex that encompasses the ride. Without his care to take time and work 3Ds into a ride that wasn't his, this track would have hit the Recycle Bin. STATS: length: 2652.9 ft height diff: 130 ft speed: 52 mph inversions: 6 trains/blocks: 2/4 manufacturer: Bolliger & Mabillard opening date: 6/12/95
  18. ^Yeah, it does have a very...cluttered...inventory system. But I just love it so much more than ME2's skimpy weapon and equipment selection.
  19. ^^Those hills lack proper shaping at the tension points (it's jerky on the direction changes) but you have some great banking there! The only glitch was on the switchover (near the end of the ride) where you held the bank over too long, but it was good other than that. I'm not going to have a submission this week. I was trying to get a good, compact layout like Boardwalk Bullet but using 6-car Millennium Flyers and Newton. It would be a "custom design" with no company label. However, I just couldn't get a good layout without it being too Newton-y. I guess I'm a perfectionist.
  20. Oh no...I'm getting owned! That Mammoth ride is very awesome...I should have done a large-scale woodie like that. I love making woodies lol. And sfgamguy's entry is stunning in looks...and it's just a tiny screenshot!
  21. Been replaying Mass Effect 1...I kind-of think it's better than the second one. The combat isn't as refined and revised, but there is just so much more to do in ME1. It's a much bigger RPG than ME2, and there are about 40x the amount of equipment that you can get in Mass Effect 2. For instance, in ME2 there were TWO assault rifles (three if you were soldier). In Mass Effect 1, there are 17 brands of assault rifles, each with 10 models. Given for some slack with a few models that were cut (like some inbetween ones on specific brands), that's 150 guns. And that's just assault rifles, not even counting all the other types of weapons and all of their hundreds of attachments, armors, amps, and ammo types. I can't believe they CUT all this in Mass Effect 2 to resort to 2 or 3 guns of each type. That's like cutting out the RPG aspect. Also, the planets are free to roam in the Mako in ME1, which I really like. It just makes the game way more RPG like. There are also more side missions in ME1. It's just funny how they cut a lot of this stuff out in the second game. Here's to hoping they bring some of it back in the third!
  22. Wow, it's so compact and amazing! Great job!
  23. ^Nice park! You definitely used your space well. Mine is crammed (except for the one forest area), mainly because I build compactly despite land ownage so I can expand in the future! I guess I didn't expand enough before the scenario was complete, but downloaders of my park can finish it for me if they like! I wish I had built stations though...I completely skipped over the small block selection! I just jumped to conclusions with "well, not much scenery at all here!" and didn't build anything. I wish I did.
  24. Touché! Am I the only one that doesn't have stand-up leg problems? I rode Mantis trimless...loved it, and no leg problems. Wimps.
  25. Sorry to revive an old topic here, but be prepared for a sequel sometime soon[er or later]! It will probably won't be as widespread and universal in humor, but for those that stick around the NoLimits community (and use Newton, *hint hint*), they will probably enjoy this.
