Not sure, but I'd guess worse. Regardless, I'd only go to Halloweekends saturday if you really want to see the haunted houses. Don't expect to go for the rides. As cool as riding MF with a smoke cloud obscuring the first drop, it really wasn't worth the huge waits.

Yeah, I find the two bonus weekends after Labour day, but before Halloweekends start are the best times to go. No crowds and the weather normally is still fairly nice.

Gotcha. I understand now. ^ Beware Halloweekends. Friday and Sunday during Halloweekends tend to be dead, but the Saturdays the park quite often is filled to capacity. I've been twice on Haloweekend saturdays, and never again. It's never a good sight when people are parking on the grass, and Gemini's line is spilling onto the midway.

I wouldn't have high hopes for it. Video game movies have a very, very bad track record. Most video game movies end up being total crap.

What are you talking about? Go in May or September and you better beleive the crowds will be low key. There's a good reason why I go to CP in early May, and during one of the two weekends after Labour Day. It's because at those times there are rarely any lines at all, with the only decent lines being for MF and TTD.

And? That's not even a photoshopped block violation. Trains could techically be in both of those positions.

The train in front hasn't made it to the mid course launch yet. The train behind has already been through the mid course launch. They are both in different blocks.

I've been at Cedar Point a couple times for minor power outages. It'd be hell top be on a wave swinger during an outage though. Those things are supposed to be brutal when they e-stop.

Odd...they were racing on Sunday when I was in that area of the park. That's not what I meant. They were running both sides, but one train was typically so far ahead that it wasn't racing at all.

Great pictures. I was there Saturday through Monday. Gemini was running both sides on Sunday, although they weren't really racing at all. Dragster I didn't really notice much downtime with the exception of a 15 minute breakdown when I was waiting for the front seat. Although we weren't really over there much to see if it was running or not. Blue Streak I thought was running as good as I can remember in years.
