Well just to let you know am not sure I'll be able to make it because I have now have go pick up my girlfriend in the afternoon from her job. But I think"DRACHEN_FIRE_FAN-BOY" and "Bolliger&Mabillard" are still going this friday. If anyone one else wants to join them please contact them and let them know.

I still think that if they are going to ever put in a real drop tower it *NEEDS* to go on the top of the mountain! Sort of "Pitfall!" style. Imagine a drop tower where the old Skyway station is on the top of the hill. That one side would be totally exposed and you would feel a LOT higher up than you really are when you get to the top. --Robb You took the words right out of my mouth. I used to not buy into the "the higher the ride (drop tower) is placed, the better the ride experience", but after riding Big Shot at Stratosphere that threw that notion right out of the window.

^ Yea I never did get the location of Y.S. Sierra falls... The ride is close to H.H. and it's in a hidden area of the park. They should have (or maybe they still could) move that attraction to H.H. instead of the lonely place where it's currently located.

^ I just rode that log ride at Buffalo Bill's about 2 weeks ago. It probably wasn't as cold as you mention but the storm that hit LA was heading to Vegas so all the wind chill and winds blowing from the mountains made the ride feel like I had a air conditioner going on full blast on my face... BURRRRRRR... By the way Desperado froze me up too when I rode it the same day.

^ Lucky me I guess because am only 5' 5" so snuggly fit inside those bucket seats when I went to King's Dominion. I usually keep myself well balanced even if a ride is a "People Bruiser":vekoma:. I guess you can call it a rare "skill"

Good to know, don't worry as long as you say you're interested thats good enough. As the date gets closer I will know for sure if I can make. This is tentative date but if everything goes well it will happen.

Am not 100% sure yet but I was thinking about hitting Knott's on Friday, December 12th. I work for the county so we're getting a promotion for Knott's. I get in free with one guest and I get up to 6 tickets for $15 bucks. Let me know if anyone is interested. Remember is not for sure yet but just wanted to see if anyone who like to go if it does happen. By the way the first person who would agree to go would be my free guest...
