Since the season is over here looks like I won't get to a park till Springtime In the Park at Hershey.

Mine will probably be one of the coasters at Hershey since I plan on going to Spring Time In the Park and that is before Knoebel's opens for the season.

Well it is Christmas Day and I finally opened my Secret Santa gift. I sure hope my SS did not mind too much I waited and honestly I am glad I did because the anticipation that built was awesome. Plus I have been sick and it made me feel better. On to the pics! I love the personal note - adds a nice touch. Wait a min you are sending more? YAY!!! A squishy Stitch. I love it a lot. I look terrible I know! I feel crappy!! Yes, they are roller coaster pics in the back ground - took a old calendar apart and hung up the pics. I know how dorky, right? I LOVE this Disney Imagineering hoodie. Anyone that knows me well knows that I one day hope to move to Orlando and work for the Disney company. Can not wait to wear it at work tomorrow

I do agree with you here. Is it as good as Hershey, Great Adventure, or KD? No, but to me it is still fun. I will not even compare it to BG because I do not like that park. Yes, its BEAUTIFUL but not worth it with only a few coasters - but that is my opinion. My thing is if you do not like a park then simply do not go or even worry about it. That is how I feel about BGW. Also if I based how I liked a park on a visit I had YEARS ago I would never go back to Kings Dominion. I used to HATE that park but now that Cedar Fair owns it I like it a lot.

I could not agree with you more. I love this park. Are the people that go there questionable? Yes, but I just do not focus on them when I am there. I focus on enjoying my time with who ever I go with. For being a small park they have a lot of coasters and all of them are enjoyable to me. Could they use some flats, yes. they are working on lots of things and it shows. I think some people are too critical and they let ONE bad experience ruin it for the rest of their lives.

Wait, our visit in August was the "improved" park? That's a SCARY thought. No, do believe it. It's not hype, it's acknowledgement that the place is much better than before. I still don't spend time there, it's disappointing when compared to everywhere else I can go in a three-hour drive from home. But it's absolutely impossible to deny that this place has made improvements all around. Yes, the park you went to was the improved park. Yes, it's nothing special, and yes, the clientele isn't favorable at all. But saying (or implying) that the place isn't any better than before is BS. I could not agree with you more. I am happy with how the park has turned itself around actually. Is is the best in the area? No. However, they are trying and it shows.

This looks awesome! I think bowling is a lot of fun and I believe this is a perfect addition to the Downtown Disney area. I have always loved Downtown Disney and this gives me even more reason to enjoy it.

This is the only action hero movie I have wanted to see since Spiderman with Tobey McGuire. Why would they call The Haunting in Connecticut 2.... The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia? It is happening in a completely different state!!!! I can see why a second was made, the first one made over $77 million but really they could have came up with a better name. I have: 1. Chase Disney Visa card - I have it just because its Disney. I was pissed when the little mermaid was discontinued as a design. 2. Citi Hilton Honors card - as much as I have spent and I see no benefits. 3. Discover - probably my favorite card. Gets you 5% off at Six Flags parks. Also, actually do see the benefits from it if you sign up for the quarterly incentives. 4. Best Buy - I love that all you need to is spend under $500 and they give you so many months to pay it off with no interest. 5. Merchant's Tire/National Tire Brand - Where I get all my car tires. They give you a year to pay it off no interest if you spend a certain amount of money on it. 6. PayPal Business Debit Mastercard - Love that I can use my PayPal money without having to transfer it to any other accounts.

I really like coming back here and seeing everyone's excitement for what they received. I love that everyone's shared love of amusement parks has carried over into other parts of our lives. This was really fun and I plan on taking part every year now. I will post pics when I get mine!

I LOVE Whitney! I watched the first season religiously but than moved and no longer have on demand or DVR so I miss everything now.
