  1. I watch it, but sometimes it bores me to tears. Recent examples are the episodes this season to feature the Hurley and Jin/Sun flashbacks.
  2. I was disappointed by the Pumpkin Spice Ale, but did like the Marzen and Pale Ale.
  3. I try logging onto Mario Kart about once or twice a day, but can never find anyone to race with.
  4. A bit late, but I'll add my code now that I don't have to rely on McDonalds' Wif-fi capabilities. My friend code: 339361 871930
  5. A couple improvements that I am enjoying with the DS game: 1- I love the accessories! Nice to change up your look a bit. 2- I am so glad we don't have to mail fossils away and that Blathers can identify them right away.
  6. Thanks Erik! Woohoo, finally got a shovel!
  7. That does suck! Erik, is there anyway you can tell visited your town, or are you just out of luck? So anyway, I got sick of eating McDonalds on an almost daily basis and going just to discover there are no towns for me to enter. So, I decided to buy a wireless router. Now, I'm pretty stupid when it comes to tehcnology but I can't get the router to hook up to my comp and my modem so I can surf the internet, I tried a few things, but can't get it to work. So, I decided to try my DS anyway, and I got it to work, so I can access AC:WW at home, woohoo! I just can't play and surf at the same time. Is there anyway I can visit someones town so I can buy a shovel? I'm not one of those to vandalize, that ruins it for all, I just wanna talk to townspeople and go shopping. Plus, I haven't been able to experience the online portion of this game and would like to. Thanks!
  8. I haven't caught a shark yet, maybe they're only around during the warmer months. I beleive I have caught most of the winter fish. Will anybody be "online" sometime alter today? I still need a shovel! And remember, if you haven't had anybody buy anything from your Nooks, having a visitor buy an item is one of the prerequisites for the final Nooks upgrade (with hair salon!)
  9. I'm replying to myself again, sorry!! So, I will try to get online at 2pm EST / 11am PST today. I have added everyone here whose codes have been posted, so if you will have your gates open at that time or want to wander around in my town, please add me! I won't bite...... promise! Actually, what I really need is a Nooks that is selling a Shovel today. I have had the game for a week, and not once (including today) has my Nooks stocked a shovel. I've got the axe, fishing pole, watering can, bug net, slingshot, and the timer, but no shovel! Please help me out! Thanks (I know i sound desperate, but I just really want to start digging up fossils!) My info again: Name: Justin Town: Townston Code: 1761-5450-6279
  10. I'm limited in the times I can be on, but I will definitely be on around 2pm EST tomorrow (Mon), and I was going to try to get on today around 3:30PM EST but I may need to go into work a bit early. Edit: gotta go to work now, but may pop online during my lunch break.
  11. No specific order: 1. Super Monkey Ball (1 + 2): Both games are great. You've got Monkeys, you've got balls, you can't go wrong! 2. WarioWare. I love all variations (GBA, GC, Twisted, Touched), but my vote goes to the GC version for its great party games. 3. Super Mario Bros. 3: When I first saw "The Wizard" I knew that this was THE game. When I finally played it, I wasn't disappointed. You gotta love the Frog Suit and the Hammer Bros. Suit. 4- Final Fantasy 2 (US): Great story, great characters, and I was a happy boy when Tellah died. 5- Super Smash Brothers Melee: Great battles, great variety of characters. 6- Tetris: Best puzzle game ever! 7- Meteos: Best puzzle game since Tetris! 8. The Legend of Zelda: First game I played that went beyond your normal structure of playing straight through levels. Opened up my eyes to what games could do. 9. Mario Kart 64: I love all Mario Karts, but 64 is my favorite. DS is great also, and I am also a big fan of Double dash. 10. Ms. Pac-Man: GREATEST.GAME.EVER (List of current games I'm playing all of which are fantastic, and all of which are for the Nintendo DS: Animal Crossing: Wild World, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, and Trauma Center: Under the Knife.) Obviously I'm a big fan of Nintendo and retro games, but there is my list.
  12. Ok, got my friend code. I added everybody's code that listed theirs in this thread. I hope to be on sometime in the enxt couple hours, hopefully a town will be open. I'm also hoping that someone's Nook store has a shovel for sale, I can't seem to get one in my town! Name: Justin Town: Townston (lame, I know) Code: 1761-5450-6279 Fruit: Oranges
  13. Oooh, I've had AC:WW since Tuesday, but have to go to McDonalds (blech!) for Wi-Fi access sicne I don't have a wireless router and don't have the money right now to purchase Nintendo's nifty adapter thing. I really want to experience other peoples towns though, and would like people to come to mine! I'll go to a McD's today to get a friend code and I'll post it here when I get one. BTW, my town fruit is the orange.
  14. Maybe a surprisong answer but my home park is BGT and my favorite coaster there is actually Pyth.... nah, its Kumba!
  15. I went to BGT the Friday after Thanksgiving (almost 2 weeks ago), and the Fujifilm sign was there then. I do think that if it was for HOS it should have been taken down by now, but like I said Fujifilm sponsored the house that was in that location, so I'm only trying to use a bit of logic.
  16. 3rd Dementia which was the haunted house that occupied Akbar's building this year for HOS was sponsored by FujiFilm. I'm thinking they jsut enver bothered taking the sign down.
  17. Nice report/pics! I was at BGT on 11/25, and couldn't believe the parking lot! They were basically making up parking spots. Fortunately I got to park in the preferred lot, but even then I had trouble finding a spot. Once in the park though, it was a bit crowded, but nothing too insane. I have to agree that the ride operators were very efficient on most rides, even Gwazi wasn't as slow loading as it usually is! You know its a busy day when Haunted lighthouse 4D fills up 15 minutes before show time.
  18. I went to BGT on Friday, and both times I rode Sheikra we were able to choose our row.
  19. Nice photos! VeggeTales Coaster- unbelievably rough, horrible ride. Blazing Fury- one of the greatest rides ever!
  20. I went on a Monday afternoon in late August. There were about 25 people in the park. It was insane! I wasn't a big fan of the park, but if you've never been, you can never go wrong with 9 credits (got my 200th credit there.)
  21. I have ridden the spinning rapids ride at Cypress Gardens. I'm pretty sure it is the same as Daiblo Falls, and I have to say that its a total blast.
  22. Nice Pics! Yesterday was a busy day overall at WDW! I braved the Super Soap Weekend at MGM just for fun. Those soap opera fanatics are quite insane. There was a huge line taking up all of star Tours outdoor queue for autograph fastpasses, meanwhile, Star Tours itself was a compelte walk-on (and I didn't even have to watch the preshow video!). The lines weren't bad for the rides (at 2pm-ish ToT was 25 mintues and RnRC was 40), but the walkways were quite crowded. I then headed over to AK at about 3:15. You're right, it was crowded. I was disappointed how crowded it was the whole time I was there (until closing), only got in Dinosaur and...... Rafiki's Planet Watch?!??!?! Epcot looked insane! I didn't head over there because I'm going to do Epcot in just a couple weeks and I hope Club Cool is open by then! But..... I did head over to MK at 6pm. I was totally offput by the crowds (Space Mt was 60 minutes, but Stich was a 5 minute wait, qualify Stich as a flop please), but I stuck around and between 6-11 I was able to do Stich, Space, Buzz, Treehouse, Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Splash, Thunder, Country Bears Xmasn, Small World, Snow White, Pooh, and.... Goofy's Barnstormer! I also caught Wishes. So, despite being scared off at first, I was able to deal with the crowds and have quite a pleasant night.
  23. Kumba on 10/30 before having to report for my HOS duty. I'll probably get a coaster in tomorrow though, heading over to Orlando.
  24. I believe Poseidon is set to reopen mid-November. (I've seen the 15th batted around) Ripsaw Falls isn't scheduled to reopen until December or possibly even January.
  25. HOS was great this year though. The two all-new houses were both spectacular and they blew away anything over at HHN. The event was worth attended just for these houses. Freaked had the same concept and used some of the same props as Darkhearts, but there also were quite a few changes. The Mortuary had a few minor changes to it. Deathly Departed, once again very similar to Last year's Til Death....., but the changes made to it make it feel like a different house. 3rd Dementia, Busch's traditional 3D house, but it was the best of the 3D houses I've been through. HOS doesn't have the same crowds or budget that HHN has so that introduce 6/7 brand-new houses a year, but they do make changes and improvements to the returning houses, so its not like you're going through the exact same experience.
