  1. Hmmmmm......... for some reason my wireless router has decided to not work tonight. Hopefully its only temporary, I have no idea why this problem decided to start now. Hopefully I'll be back up soon.
  2. I apologize in advance, I'm kind of scary to look at, I'm a freak! Obviously, this was taken last October. Is it October yet?
  3. I never posted in this thread, so i may as well formally introduce myself. I'm Justin and I currently live in the Tampa area, so obviously BGT is my home park (and was my employer during this past October). I also try to hit The Universal and Disney parks but my passes are either expiring or have expired and I am currently to broke to renew them. I'm not quite sure what my first coaster was, but I'm fairly certain that it was at Disneyland (so either Matterhorn, Space Mt., or Big Thunder Mt.). My coaster count is currently at 201.
  4. 25?? Dude, you arent old. When you are 40 and over, then you can worry but you can still find your love at any age. Heck, Im 22, been dating the same wonderful girl for almost 5 years and probably looking to get married at around 24 and I was starting think I was too old (of course, shes 3 years younger too). But really, thats only because Im thinking of how old I want to be when I have kids and I dont want to be some old fart trying to play football with my kids and passing out after 2 plays. Yeah, I know what you mean, but still, its tough to see most of my friends from high school married with some of them having kids.
  5. Enjoy! The only musical I have any desire to see at all is Avenue Q. I love puppets (not that way) to begin with, but when you add swearing and sex, who can resist?
  6. Ways to connect to WiFi 1- Have a wireless router at home. Directions are in a manual that came with a game to help you set it up. 2- Most McDonalds are compatible with Nintendo's WiFi system, very easy to connect to and doesn't require much set-up. 3- Nintendo sells a WiFi compatible dongle for $35-40 bucks. It was online exclusive, but I have heard that Best Buy is now selling it.
  7. a pitfall is a little thing you bury than when you walk over it, you fall into a pit. My gates should be open around 6:15-ish if anyone wants to visit. Haircuts for everyone
  8. Yeah, pitfalls are a lot more abundant in this game too. My lost and found has like 6-7 of them (and they're up for grabs if anybody wants to visit my town when I open up the gates later today/tonight.) BTW, my Nookington's opened today and I'm currenty sporting a blue trendy cut. I'll have to try to make that blonde later.
  9. dont worry, nintendo is going to make this as cheap as possible... $99-$150 tops... i like them all... it depends on your room.. of white or black (two most probable colors)... i think i like white. Nah..... I think $200 is more realistic. But, that point and the point of the topic is moot. Wait until May. All the speculation that can be done on the topic has pretty much been done the last few months. It is kinda sad though that someone can't make up their own mind and needs the opinions of people they don't even know on a board.
  10. I rode JPRA this past Saturday and was shocked to see the big giant JP gate/doors actually working.
  11. Also remember that when the Gamecube was released, we only got 2 colors at launch. Wait until May, Nintendo will probably release all the launch information including colors during E3.
  12. I think it mainly depends on where you went to school. 1 district I was in it was the way you posted it Elissa (94+ = A), but the district I moved to when in 8th grade had it as the original poster stated it (90+=A) I personally think its a way for schools to make stduents performance look better than it really is, but thats just me.
  13. I'm straight, but I'm horrible, HORRIBLE with women so at the age of 25 I'm feeling like a bit of a lost cause at this point.
  14. I can't wait for my hair to be messed up. If I hate it I can always pay another 3000 bells, or wear my Mario cap to hie the do. I'll try to open my town tomorrow for anybody who wants to come over.
  15. Woohoo! My Nook storewill be closed today (Tuesday), but will reopen as Nookington's complete with hair salon. Anybody else get a Nookington's yet?
  16. I visited DW this past August for the first time and I absolutely loved it! It didn't get much better than Thunderhead and Blazing Fury! TH was disappointing first thing in the AM, but when I rode it later, it was a completely different ride. Blazing Fury was awesome. I loved the campiness to the ride, I ended up riding it like 10 times. Tennessee Tornado was fun, surprisingly smooth for an Arrow. Not smooth though was the VeggieTales coaster, rough and painful! Mountain Slidewinder wins for the scariest ride ever, but I loved it. It also wins for longest uphill hike to reach an attraction.
  17. Nice report! I didn't know Susan Sarandon was one of the Spice Girls! (was that supposed to be Posh?) I went to that McD's this past summer (it looks like the same one) while trying to waste time until the lottery drawing for cheap Avenue Q (the only show I'd have any interest in seeing) tickets. I didn't get them of course. My favorite thing about that McD's were that the stools against the counter had their own TV screens where you could watch McD's propaganda.
  18. My pass expires this week and I'm penniless, AHHHHHHHHHHH! Just my luck!
  19. Until I read the posts here and another board, I had no idea AC:WW was so hard to find. Thats awesome that people are buying it. I was so obsessed with finding it, I got it the first day (w/o reserving, I don't like reserving games.)
  20. Is that those Fusion things, whatever they call them? I've tried a couple at BGT, they're pretty bad.
  21. Teddy, I added you too. Whats your native fruit? I had my gates opened for a little bit just now, I'll probably open them back up in a couple hours.
  22. At least thats more clever than my town's name (ummm..... Townston, pretty dumb)
  23. I highly doubt anyone will see this within the enxt few minutes, but I'm about to go online with the game. How'd the search go teddymonster?
  24. Its a Christmas miracle! Its been over a year since I've been to the park and its been working.
  25. Nice pics, a few random notes: 1- was the "water portion" of Rhino Rally working? I can't remember the last time I saw that part operating. 2- I'm glad I'm not crazy. A year or so ago when I rode Kumba and noticed seatbelts, I was questioning my sanity on whether they were new or not. I rode Kumba many times this year, and always had the seatbelts. 3- Best thing at Cypress Gardens is the Spinning rapids ride. 4- Second best thing at Cypress Gardens is the big train set diorama.
