  1. Finishing off the night with some Storm King I could only be happier if the Pope was ice skating on TV for our enjoyment I could probably do a Car Bomb with one of these, but why waste good beer in a chug? There's a reason why its called "King"
  2. ^^That'd be great! Make a Toyota transform into a giant Robbot with attacking chopstick action! The Decepticons won't know whether to laugh or fight back. Of course, knowing the TV show, they'd see the chopsticks and Megatron would yell "Decepticons, Retreat!" and the day is saved thanks to the CorollaRobbot.
  3. I'll be at PCWo that weekend, but I won't be attending the Con. It looks like a great schedule and nice affordable prices (even discounts if you've already got Paramount or SF passes) but I really can't see *THAT* many people going, simply because of its location and time expense. Most of the previous Spring Cons have started on a Friday night, whereas this one starts Friday morning, meaning that people can't show up after putting in a few hours of work. Unless you live in Western New York, its quite a drive to Toronto, along with border hassles and more days off. If the schedule would have been Friday night at SFDL, all day Saturday at PCW, and Sunday morning at Martins, things may have been different, but who knows, maybe SF isn't even opened that Friday yet! If you are going, it IS a lot better than last year's prices and maybe I'll run into you briefly on Saturday morning.
  4. Sweet jumping Jehovah! Please tell me its soon September so I can ride it! Maybe I need to plan a recon trip there in April or May just to make sure the park is worthy of our presence in September, yeah, that's it!
  5. "Crazy B*tch"- Buckcherry
  6. No wench for me tonight, but I do have a fish, and some head! The pure joy feeling of coming home from a Monday at work to a great beer Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA, because a 120 minute would knock me out for the night
  7. Thanks for FINALLY posting what we've all been waiting for DisneySeas looks really amazing and from your pictures I finally know there is a Venice area. I'm totally going next year, even if my Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X does come out and ends up being like $50,000 from the release! Heck, I'll just pick one up in Japan for cheaper and ship it back! Thanks again for sharing your trip with us, looks like the two of you had a really great time. Hopefully you'll do a DVD, 'cause I just can't get enough of those CRAAAZY Japanese!
  8. ^Oh so YOU'RE the Real Rickster, I thought your name was John. My mistake Stupid people screwing up our feeble attempts of spelling our passion in 7 letters or less.
  9. I think Dollywood got exclusive rights to the US for a year. Marineland is in some other country, though some may say its our 51st state! Hopefully I'll get up to Marineland this year like I planned, and hopefully it will be done by then! I'll plan on visiting on closing day just to be safe The ride may be lame, but I'd like to at least say I rode one. Now if only they'd get a Star Flyer and plop it down with a view of the Falls...
  10. Sweet! Finally a game Robb puts out that I'm actually interested in (no offense, Robb). I'm not too big into video games anymore, but if anyone can make a good Transformers video game, I know you can! I just hope the movie doesn't stink to the point that the game has little hope. Though since this movie is all done American, it shouldn't be as poorly written as the last 3 dubbed series of Transformers. From what I've gathered, they've got some good writers on board, so thats a good start. Congrats on yet another cool project!
  11. "Beep"- Pussycat Dolls
  12. Though I've never smoked (the early death of my father helped me make that decision), I see what smoking can do on a daily basis. Hopefully you don't have a malignancy, Kip, but either way this scare could be just what you need to stop altogether. I wish you the best of luck. And congrats to all of you who have managed to stop.
  13. After barely being able to drink that awful thing, its time to have a brown ale that I know is good! Now THAT is more like it! Definitely what I was expecting Good ole Troegs to the rescue
  14. Awesome pictures of a park I never heard of. Some parts looked really nice, others looked kinda scary and creepy (like the ground around the peeing dogs). A park with 2 Vekomas AND golden showers at not 1 but 2 different places, now THAT is a theme park, folks!
  15. Appropriately enough "Winter"- Bond
  16. Glad you made it back safely, though being back really isn't that much better, is it? Sure, you've got your wife again, but is there anything BETTER about LA than England? You'll have to let us know when you're flying back again, maybe a few of us will tag along and take Britain impromptuly.
  17. Still snowed in, still drinking. Tastes like Hudson River water mixed with Brooklyn lager So what does Brown taste like? Smells like bad What exactly DOES brown smell like? I decided to try a new beer, the Brooklyn Brown Ale The outside looks like the picture on the bottle!
  18. ^So you took vacation from work to pay money to go back to work, then oogled all the old machinery and charts....DORK! Thank goodness all those pictures are over, and now we can finally get to what we want to see, lots of Disneyland! Seriously though, thanks for all the photos, I'm definitely jonesing for a trip to Japan. Maybe next year....
  19. Yeah it looks like Dubai is really on their way to turning into a theme park mecca. The theme of that waterpark looks really amazing. Thanks for sharing!
  20. Erik, you're making us northerners jealous with your weekend trips to ride stuff where its warm. I got to shovel snow today, and change my socks 4 times so far.
  21. "The Funeral of Hearts"- HIM
  22. After some snowblowing and shoveling, I need a refreshment! The snow is outside and I'm inside where I belong, with a beer Once again its the brothers Troegs to the rescue
  23. The snow is over here for the most part. We ended up with between 12 and 13 inches, just a tad more than the 6-8 they said we'd get as of 11pm last night. Derek's official measurement Holy crap! I found a car underneath this bank of snow Its a winter wonderland My car is going thru a redesign stage to look more like the Scion xB Sure looks pretty 12 hours later.... 8pm and there is already 3 inches As of 4:30pm Saturday
  24. Yeah, sorry, not Elissa's license plate. I don't recall her ever living in Pennsylvania. The Discovery Channel just used my car for dramatic effect while touring the apartment. On a side note, at one time Elissa was thinking about getting a personalized plate "INTAMIN" until she realized most people don't know who Intamin is and would assume her plate meant "INTO MEN"; not a good thing for a hot 20something chick to have when she would spend so much time driving on the Interstate late at night. Most people can't get my plate right unless they know me and my hobby, though most of them assume it says roller coaster and not just rollercoast. Same plate, different car
  25. No plans for the day thanks to the snow. Looks like I'm at home drinking again! After a little nap and seeing some snow, I realize its winter, and I need a warmer For lunch, an Alpha King
