This will be in no way similar to High Roller at all. High Roller started out high and ended high...on a platform. This one will start at ground level, climb 500 feet, and end ag ground level. Its an entirely different experience. I don't recall ever writing that the experience would be the same. I made a comparison about the height because some people commented that the height (not the change in elevation) would make it exciting.

Same boat, need about 400 idols and 7 giraffes to get Cleveland and haven't spent a dime.

How about the egg ride where you have to count the chickens with the bandanas? I really liked the park's collection of indoor rides and the crazy Kieppi flat ride.

I'm not going to get excited just because it is tall since High Roller was not good. I'll judge it after I ride it.

I forgot to give input on Hershey. I really like the food at the Spring Creek Smokehouse and I'm a sucker for the Tumbleweed Tacos. As far as snacking, find the Smore's Cart in Founders Way and don't forget the incredible dessert offerings available at the Chocolate World Food Court.

Dorney - no comment Kennywood - Fresh Squeezed lemonade, Potato Patch Fries Knoebels - Such variety, enter the park on an empty stomach. I'm sure the foods Nicole mentioned are cool, but most are not to my liking, except the kettle corn. And that's the great thing about Knoebels food. My favorites. Fried Cheese on a Stick (It's a corndog with mozzarella cheese instead of the hot dog) and Corn Nuggets from Totem Snacks. I think Totem Snacks is the only stand that has blue birch beer. Fried Pierogies from the stand near the Haunted Mansion. Bison Burger from the International Food Court. Frozen Sweet Tea (I think the name of the stand is Kandy Korner). But my absolute favorite is getting to the park early and eating breakfast in the food court, great homemade french toast. great because you don't have to clean up the mess.

How do you know they have permission to build on that land? My understanding is that all the undeveloped land would require special permits. I don't think the government entities will let SFGAdv expand on the other side of either lake for environmental reasons.

And building a tunnel under a nature lake is exponentially more complicated that draining a man-made lake and building a cement channel for the coaster.

There are two shoulder belts per seat in between the red lap restraint and the top of the seat back. They look like black backpack straps, similar to those found on that Shock Therapy suspended looping coaster in Australia. Yes, I saw the shoulder strap and I saw the belt to secure the lap bar. But I don't see a seat belt. Maybe I'm just old school, but a seat belt goes across your lap.
