Wow this is just a poor move on IB part and a slap in the face to their patrons.... and since they took down the facebook page I bet you they will have a few unhappy guests show of saturday who didn't know they were closing.

Maybe she was planning on leaving it in a locke_r...

Could be for some general backstage stuff or new warehouse... if they are in fact putting something back there it seems too far out of the way for a new attraction.

^ Staffing maybe? When I went this weekend two years ago it was closed too.

Well the Voyage (And the racing coaster?) are alot more intense than Wooden Warrior and twister. So maybe the trains are having a hard time handling the forces that would be put on them?

That looks to be something to deal with Mind Eraser, Maybe what they put the train on during the off-season.

Save raptor for the end of the day, It can easily become a walk on.

Thought some of you may be interested to know this. During the ACE event saturday Steve told us they will be replacing the skid and hand breaks on the comet with magnetic breaks and modern controls so they can run two trains again.

^ I seen it down for a almost a whole week a few times last year. Normally its due to wind since it can't operate with wind over 15 mph and that can happen pretty easily on point.

Great update! Looking forward to the day (Which I doubt will actually happen) that I can make it to japan.

I was the one she was arguing with. I think (Hoping) she finally realized her idea was stupid. Edit: She deleted her comments so I guessing she finally figured out that it wouldn't work.

They weren't allowed to build Rides/Coasters due to a contract with Geauga Lake/Ohio Ok I see where that makes sense, I didn't really belive that rumor anyway thought i'd just throw it out there.

Heres a few I can think of -Wadameer was going to add a wave pool to their waterpark however they put those plans on hold since it was going to extend into the parking lot and they can't afford to lose any of the lot since it fills up. -Turbo at Conneaut Lake Park Also Golden Adventure which was supposed to be a magic show featuring tigers was cancelled due to peta protests at the park. -Also a rumor I heard was that Sea World Ohio was planning on adding a coaster before it was sold to Six Flags.

If BGW were to get a woodie (which I doubt anytime soon) i'm sure they would get a new custom one rather than getting an old used one.

Dinosaurs Alive, on MF Island (Probably using the same paths as Terror Island) and retiring Paddlewheel so they can leave the bridge? I REALLY hope not!

I thought the family admitted it was their kids fault and not the park or the ride so they didn't try to sue? And this really worries me if this goes through than people will realize that they can sue for pretty much anything. And parks handing out settlements for pointless cases doesn't help either.

I was there yesterday as well and it was pretty bad but it seemed like people were more behaved yesterday compared to some of my other visits, probably had to do with the large security force they had keeping everyone in check and nobody letting line jumpers by I even seen some 10 year olds yell at some guy for trying to pass them inline for Ravine Flyer 2.

Seems new but weird its in the about section so hard to tell how long its been there.
