  1. Every good team has at last a 1-2 punch. The Bulls had MJ and Scottie. The Jazz had Stockton and Malone. The Lakers had Kobe and Shaq. Boston last year had a dream team. Lebron is all by his lonesome. He's not gonna get a ring by himself. Ask Sir Charles, ask AI. They'll tell you the same.
  2. Six Flags' Operation agenda.
  3. ^ I agree with you on two points. No team in the west except L.A. has a shot at the Larry O'Brien trophy. As far as the east goes, The Finals are definately going to have a stop in Clevland, but I wouldn't rule out Orlando. Jameer Nelson is playing phenominal basketball, and Dwight Howard is beastly. I don't see them making it to the promised land, but I look for them to be a huge upset to either the Celts or Cavs.
  4. This coaster is beginning to look 'disco dancing uber sexy' type sexy.
  5. Maybe its that floorless CP enthusiasts keep craving.
  6. ^It'll probably be like a bad movie you happened to have paid for. You sit through the whole thing irratated hoping that the ending will be halfway decent, and when you finally get to it, it's so abstract and cliched, you just become even more pissed off.
  7. The cutoff wind speed for X is 35mph at upper lift. If Tatsu (40 mph cutoff) opened, X should have, too.
  8. Congrats to somebody other than Kobe being the dominant scorer of the night, but the Lake show needs to work on consistancy. The "powerhouse" Lakers should have won by a much larger margin. The Clippers are short-handed and playing 'no experience' guys. LAC should have had no chance, no leads, and no ties. Luke Walton scoring in the first five seconds...that should have happened all night. It did in a way, but LAL needs to find a stable attack on D and stick to it.
  9. ^^Eagle Eye 7/10? The resolution reached to shut down Eagle Eye was a slap in the face to the preceeding actions. (If you've seen it you'd understand what I mean)
  10. Tatsu has the same brake section...its the set of brakes towering over Six Flags plaza. Manta has the exact same block layout of every other 3 train flyer-four blocks with the station block housing two trains simultaneously. I'm sure Manta is set up this way due to space or water effect or whatever may tickle your fancy.
  11. It's cool to see this character back in the limelight. I'd imagine hime to make is debut in the upcoming campaign for Terminator at SFMM.
  12. Wrought-Iron fencing around the track area is all the themeing you need.
  13. A past-tense name for a ride just seems grammatically odd.
  14. Well what will more than likely be done as B&M does with all their rides is test one train with nylon wheels and one with urathane wheels and decide which would fit the ride better based on G-force data.
  15. Well as an alternative to trims, it might just have Urathane wheels.
  16. I really would've liked to see Surfside Grill remain a Dog venue, but it's still nice to see some effort put into it. I hope sometime in the near future we'll see another full service restaraunt or two. MooseBurger and Laughing Dragon don't cut it on their own with a park the size of MM.
  17. Well I'm glad that the ball is finally rolling on this project. Four months is just going to roll right around and before we know it media and opening days will be right here. I can't wait. not just for the ride, not just for the reviews, but for the speculations and the back and forth arguments for the '10 coaster.
  18. Why not just relocate Batman:the escape to SFA?
  19. Homepark (That I prefer) SFMM Best ride there: TIE Riddler's Revenge & Batman:The Ride
  20. The lime green was a little harsh on the eyes. I'm impartial the the paint job at this point. I'm anxious in seeing the trains and what was donr to them, however.
  21. ^They'd save a fortune in souvenier retention alone.
