Favorite Water Ride
Hand 0f Time replied to SFMM rocks my socks's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I haven't really been on many water rides, but there are some definitly good ones I've been on. I'll list my favorite 3. 1: Jurassic Park: River Adventure. 2: Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls. 3: Splash Mountain. -
Hersheypark Announces Fahrenheit!
Hand 0f Time replied to Meteornotes's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Indeed a bad pun, but was hilarious. Are celebrity's taking over priority of general pubic to rides now?! God dang, another reason that many people hate their guts. It's bad enough they get front row seats in major sports-games without having to pay, but now this is ridiculous!! -
^ I feel the same way too. But I can't argue with the "lol", since I do only that one for a 1 word sentencer. But all those other ones you mentioned, yeah, it's annoying.

Hello April, nice to meet ya. How awesome! I'm trying to enroll as an engineer as well. Same intrests.

^ I cannot believe you said that! Those colors are great. Purple and green actually go along real well, provided the correct shading of color, which I say Knott's tackled it very well. Silver Bullet: Track colors look great, but I would agree with the train being in a color of mold blue. Doesn't seem quite right. For the coaster with bad color scheme that I've been on, I'd definitely say... Corkscrew at SilverWood. Worst shade of Yellow that doesn't blend very well with black. But what makes it stick out more is the red on the trains. For example:

Hersheypark Announces Fahrenheit!

When you compare Storm Runner to Fahrenheit, it actually does resemble quite a bit. the elements are compared, yes, but the layout, not so much. Lol, just thought of something crazy, but what if on the opening day, the producer of "Fahrenheit 911" would make a special guest appearance in it? -
T-Express (New Intamin Woodie) Soft Opening Today.

Yikes, talk about major air-time on a couple of those hills. And those sharp turns at about 50mph, ouch. But it does look like a very promising coaster to ride. I would definitly like to see a bird view shot of the coaster in the near future. -
Good to read the policys. Maybe I add a little to many emoticons, so I'll try to shorten the amount I use and not have 1 on every post. I'll try to stick with that. And also, try to search harder for repeated topics. I already mistakenly did that today. To the mods, great job for keeping the topics/threads/messages clean and respectable. Keep up the good work.

Dont you ever get Scared?
Hand 0f Time replied to Joan_Crawford's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Most rides don't scare me at all, but of course everyone must have a fear of a certain ride. I don't ride the "Ring of Fire" because of my opinion on poor safety inside the ride. I mean, think about it. Rollable lap-bar Uncomfortable 90° seats Cages: Comes to effect when upsidedown, legs going past rollable lap-bars causing you to lift off your seat and smack your head into the cage. -
[LINK FOUND = PLEASE DELETE THREAD] I am making plans to go to 3 theme parks during the Summer. And I'm definitly gonna make a TPR video of at least 1 park, more specifically "Wild Waves." But of course there may be a few problems that will for sure come along the way, but one I already stumbled on to very quick was on-ride permissions. I do know for a fact that the rules are to not bring any cameras/ tapes on-ride. But I see many of you guys have POV's on the rides. If I wish to film a few shots on some rides (Most specifically Roller Coasters) What should I say?: Who should I speak to?: What are some policy if I were to film on ride?: Camera/tape holding techniques?: Helpful tips?: I'm sure this has been brought up before, and if there is another thread just like this, please point that out to me. Thanks for your time.

I had to get a double take on that footage of that ride. That's weird... It resembles a roller coaster while the base rotates 360° over and over again for thrill seekers. IMO, I'm definitly gonna say that is more of a flat ride.

^ Wishes that I would run down the street naked. < Hates coffee. v Is southern and British (Brithern, lol)

Nope. Have you attempted to make a theme park video?

RCT2 as windows?
Hand 0f Time replied to Hand 0f Time's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Ahh, makes perfect sense. I do recall them having same formatted trainers. Thanks for clearing this up with me. -
[Thread Moderators, delete this please] From what I read in the "Son Of Beast Trainer" tutorial, you can have the RCT2 game not take up all the computer space, and have it just like windows. Where only a limited amount is on the screen, and the background shows. Any way to make this work? I've read you can do this by going to options > Display > then setting it up to windows, however, all I have are pixel areas. For example: 800x600. Any info to make this possible would be great. Thanks for reading.

The Sunset Resort [RCT2]

Jesus. Alot of data spots. I can't even figure out where the water spots are, lol. Seriously though. Very very impressive. -
Last pics of the week. I've made a few more improvements. Adding a theatre, a lookout tower, and of course some shops. Note to mention. I will be going camping starting tomorrow which is Saturday and will continue til Sunday. Won't get back til late noon. Also... WASL at school. So an entire week of tests for the whole week. So everyone that wishes to see the project continue, it will for sure. But just to make sure everyone know's, I won't be on so much because I need to study. (OMG) Enjoy! SCR4.BMP Can't forget the lookout tower. Towering 250ft for a view worth taking many picture. SCR3.BMP 5 Lovely shops (Not usable) sit behind the audience. Also plants are near by for a fresh look. SCR2.BMP Big view screen and audience chairs await for entertainment. SCR1.BMP Some new additions to the park, if you can see them.

Since I'm in school band, our group is taking a trip to Disney Land in California. That'll be happening from May 29th (My B-day ftw) through June 3rd. I will also be going to my homepark "Wild Waves" a couple times. Maybe I can take some pictures for TPR. Also have plans to try out the original Deja Vu at it's new location in Silverwood. Plan to stay there for at least 3 days. God, I love the bumper cars there. Also the water cannons you shoot at people for some quarters, lol. Other than 3 parks, no plans so far. So later on this summer, expect some photo threads by me.
