Dragon Wagon at Blackbeards Cave. On 8/16/1998, My 4th Birthday. YAY! OMG! Just as I was typing this, I had a flashback to the day I rode it! The ride went around 2 out of 3 times before the Ride Op stopped the ride due to 2 teenagers in the front hitting the tree in the helix. They then got ejected from the park. It was fun to watch.

I'm still trying to figure out the transfer track. But for manual mode, D= Lower restraints/dispatch E- E-Stop O- Back to Automatic. And if you go to POV, It goes back to Automatic Mode I hope this helps! - Headcheez

When I was at SFGAdv in Augest, Iwas standing in line for Batman: The Ride when 3 kids pushed past us. My uncle put his hand in front of them, and they were MAD! they started screaming so loud that security came almost immediatly without a call. When we toldthe guard that they were line jumping, they denied it and ran to the front of the Queue. the guard ran after and we never heard from them again.

I'm very shocked at this! It's good news and bad news at the same time! Good news because its a VERY bad ride, bad news because its history. I expect it to be missed by a lot of the GP. but for us, we come together with joy to tear down this coaster! Horray!

R.I.P. Speed: The Ride Thanks for the best coaster ride in Las Vegas. You will be missed.

^ Also, Most GP Locals havent even HEARD of Speed. When I mentioned that I rode "The Roller Coaster at the Sahara" (Translating to GP Terms) I was called a Liar for making up a coaster. The few People who have seen it say that its fake. But you will ALWAYS hear trip Reports from Manhattan Express. I will Miss Speed: The Ride. But like BeemerBoy said, Vegas is moving on.
