I was thinking the same thing, plus cover the ground with real sand. That'd be awesome theming! Maybe some sandcastles and a beach scene set up. Blankets, Toys BEach Balls. Something along those lines would look really cool! I am heading to MOA in November of next year and I have never been!! I am really excited now!!!

^^ IF the concern is throwing up then she should be smart enough to know that Beer isnt the catalyst in making people throw up. Between Hot Dogs and Ice Cream and Funnel Cakes and all that crappy theme park food I am sure the majority of people are throwing up from that crap more then they are throwing up from beer UNLESS like mentioned above me it is HHN when even us employees think they go WAY overboard on the Liquor and Beer sales. Universal even did a dry night this past year where they sold no alcohol at all on the streets. The only place in the park that sold anything alcoholic was at Lombards SeaFood. It didnt go over well at all. We had so many complaints about the lack of the "Jello Shot Sluts" that they decided it was a bad idea to have a dry night of HHN. I thik it is a good idea to sell Beer. Again it is SO pricy to drink in the park I think it will be more of a recreation to have a beer at the park then a mission to get smashed at the park on a random Monday.

If project rumble does turn out to be that Dream Coaster they have in Japan I am SOOOO Excited!!!

Thank you for the link to your TR! It was very interesting and the space is very pretty. I just dont think it is a place for me but based on your tp I will deffinatly not be so closed minded when people come into Guest Services and ask my opinion or ask what I have heard about it! I do know that during the time of year that Universal does Rock the Universe and Disney does Nights of Joy ( Christian Rock Festivals) that they do offer a huge discount for groups at Holy Land and they usually end up closing the park due to the volumes comming in! Good for them on that account!! Now THOSE stories are some interesting ones... those little prestine Christian kids at a Christian Rock concert are NOT SO PRESTINE!!! I really need to write a book!!!! Thanks Again for a GReat TR!!!

um, no! Have you ever stolen something really stupid from a theme park?

I am in no way shape or form trying to start any sort of fight but Universal does NOT own Wet N Wild. They did own it from 1998-2003 but then they sold it. I have asked as many managers as I could get my hands on and I even called Universal and Wet n Wild and they all say that Universal does not own Wet N Wild. I found this on Screamscape too. From a Guest Services standpoint Wet N Wild team members do get into Universal/IOA with their TM Id's for free just like Sea World/Busch Gardens Employees because of the contract of the Flex Tickets. We do not sell WNW tickets and they dont sell Universal/IOA tickets but we all sell the Flex tickets because theyare a sharred revenue ticket. I don't know if I am explaining myself correctly but I hope this helps!!

There is a park in New Hampshire where I am from Called Canobie Lake Park and they have a pirate ship. When we used to go on it we would chant " Hefty Hefty Hefty" on one side in a manly voice and on the other side it would be "Whimpy Whimpy Whimpy" in the girly voice!! We also did the "Tastes Great Less Filling" one too!!

The Holy Land is right across the street from my Super Target so I pass by it often. They have all the buildings wrapped in white lights and all the trees and signs. It looks really pretty. From what I understand from people that I have talked to about the park when you get there you have a tour guide of sorts that you follow around and they tell the storys of Christianity from beginning to end. You have to be with the guide the whole time and if you leave the guide then you miss out on the time line type tour. I have never been nor have any of my friends or family. I guess you see the birth all the way through the death of Christ. I am sure it is amazing for the message it sends out but I can't see myself spending a day there.... *shrugs* just not my thing.

^^ I was actually laughing about that the other day. We were talking about being a VIP Tour Guide and comming in hung over or still drunk and what you could really mess up saying at all the parks. EPCock was a good one..... The Magic KingDong was another one... Seaman World came up. Erotica Water Park as well..... The list goes on and on!! I am DAMN glad to see I am NOT the only one with a twisted mind!!!

I just went through my training paperwork for GS at Universal ( which was printed in 5/2006) and it does say that Universal Orlando owns the land that WNW is on and they own the company that put the park up but they park is maintained and owned by Wet 'N Wild Inc. We partner with them like we do for Sea World and Busch Gardens for the Flex Tickets ( 4 park or 5 park depending on what you want to do) But it does say Universal Orlando does not directly own WNW.

That would make me even more sick then carousels already do but that was very cool!!! I would love to see others reactions while they were on it!!!

IF this was the fabled Hogwarts Express coaster, didn't somebody mention a while back that Universal was looking into the robo-coaster idea (robot arm on rails)? Sounds like theme and/or coaster type has changed. Good. Means there's still hope for giant tomato themeing. Deffinatly not the Hogwarts Express because the suposed Project Rumble is for a coaster at Universal Studios park not Islands of Adventure where Harry Potter will be taking over. There have been ground markings over by the Bone Yard in front of the soundstages that have been marked off and that is where the rumored "Project Rumble" will be going. Can anyone give me some insite to the Hollywood Dream, The Ride from USJ? Because again in the employee rumor mill that is what they say Project Rumble will be.......PLus I work with a few of the guys from IOA Central so Rumors are our favorite topics at work

Huh? Universal is already doing this. They're beyond testing. I have been with Unviersal Orlando for 18 months in Guest Services and I have not seen nor heard of anything like this at all. The managers all carry pagers so they can get wait times and express line times and down times and such but I have never seen a guest with a cell phone getting any sort of Universal Ride/Express Information. Maybe they were doing in in Hollywood??? Am I the only one who remembers some time last year that WDW did a run with the Nintendo DS ( which i own and LOVE Wario Wares FOREVER!!!). I SWEAR I heard something on Radio Disney about you would get special clues to open up secret levels on some games. I don't recall what game but I know they did something already.
