^Muse is easily one of if not the single best band I have ever seen live. Not only are they're songs fantastic and catchy, they performance they put on combined with the stage setups they have made it an incredible experience. Seriously one of the greatest bands of this decade, easy.

My friend and I went on the Wednesday before labor day last year, definitely the best day to go. We had a 20 minute wait for Dragster, and our longest was 1/2 hour for Maverick. It was awesome. -

Its things like all the stuff you guys got to do that keeps pushing Holiday World closer and closer to my favorite park, right up there with Disney and Universal. I was HUGELY impressed with everything about Holiday World both times I visited and cannot wait to get back there . -
^^I really like the space mountain one, VERY cool picture.

They usually go back to school the week before labor day (the Monday before specifically). My friend and I had essentially the best day ever the Wednesday before labor day last year: longest we waited was 1/2 hour for Maverick. -

^^^^Wildcats line tends to move slow, but it usually isnt too long. I would say best places to have lunch/dinner would depend on preference. Personally I like eating at the TGIFridays in Hotel Breakers to escape the heat and crowds for a little bit, but its really a matter of preference. As far as non-coaster rides, Power Tower is usually pretty fun, but can be skipped as its pretty standard. I also usually hit Skyhwak, but that can also be skipped. I would hit all the coasters, none are horrible (well ok there IS Mean Streak...), and theres quite a few credits. Have fun! I'll be there Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week (its a strange coincidence honestly) so if you see me say hi! Send me a PM and let me know when you'll be there. -
^They were my surprise favorite of the day. Not only were they hilarious, but they sounded fantastic live. I really really liked them. Andrew WK was just all around insanity and fun too, he's from Michigan so that was just...i cant describe lol.

Don't get started on the rating system, its not really good at any of the parks I've been too, but Cedar Points seems to be the worst. Dragster, Millennium, Corkscrew and Gemini are all rated 5's. None of it makes sense to me. -
Just got back from Warped Tour in Detroit. It was just as fun as last year, saw plenty of good bands but I'll spare the long drawn out review cause I am TIRED. However, my biggest highlight of the day was Reel Big Fish playing Take On Me live, sooooo much fun.

^When I was there in May for M&S week (albeit with a big group) they were like $7 or $8 more to the price of our group tickets and you got unlimited soft drinks all day. I would say its worth it by a long shot, but I haven't taken the time to find out where to buy them. -

^I'm not totally sure about Germany, but it is in fact 16 here. I actually came into this thread now for some advice. As you can tell from my info over <---there I'm 18 and soon going off to college to Purdue University. I just got my roommate yesterday and have talked to him very little, but I have been thinking about coming out to him relatively soon. Any gay guys here (college age) that have had to deal with this situation? When did you come out to your roommate? Any advice would be significantly helpful. I know I'm GOING to come out to him, i just dont know when.

Most disturbing movie you've ever seen?
cprocks22 replied to Sasquatch's topic in Random, Random, Random
^See to me Hostel was so much more gory then disturbing, its a pretty scary movie dont get me wrong, but its just not disturbing IMO. That said I can see where some people could take it as disturbing. For me the most disturbing movie would probably be Requiem for a Dream. If you haven't seen it I HIGHLY recommend it, especially if you're considering doing any form of drug. However, in a couple days I wills start reading A Clockwork Orange and then seeing the movie, so that could surpass it in a few weeks. EDIT: ^^ Just finished watching the preview for that, and the trailer was disturbing to me, idk what the whole movie is like. Though from the trailer I had a hard time getting what the movie is actually about, any help? -
