No it hasn't but I'm not allowed anything other than water or black coffee at the moment. I feel like I'm being tortured! No wine, Ribena, fizzy juice. Suuuck!

^ That's ok. I always start mine on 2nd Jan. Normally I'm too hungover on NYD so eat rubbish so I always figure 2nd Jan's the best day to start!

I had to go and get some new work shoes and trousers today and Plymouth was absolutely rammed. What really boils my piss though is the stupid groups of people who stand blocking shop doorways so you can't get out the shop without a fight. I was tempted to go ankle-kicking.

1. Lose half my body weight. 2. Be a bit more tolerant of other people when they do my tits in. 3. Not get involved with any more sailors! 4. Not squander cash on a load of clothes I'll never wear. Try as I will, I'm sure that I will have broken at least two of these by mid-January!!

^ Lord of the Flies is fantastic. I read that at school too. The black and white film is far better than the colour one!

I was reading Air Babylon until it had a bit about snakes being in folks hand luggage when I had to get on a plane last week so I read Twilight instead which according to Piers makes me a 13 year old emo gurl! I can't wait to see the film next week!

My ex-housemate and I drank an arseload of wine one night and got a bit stupid drunk. I ended up with one of my bras on my head, running around my house all stealth like (or something like that!), hiding behind doors and jumping out shouting "I'm a ninja, I'm a ninja"

I just got back from Asda, which just for a change was full stupid people who like to leave their shopping trolleys widthways across the aisles. Got some groceries and picked up some mumbling pants as my house is freeeeezing and she forgot to ring them through so they were free! Makes up for spending too much money in town earlier!

NME.com reports Morrissey is doing three UK dates next year, including one in Manchester in his 50th birthday. And Fall Out Boy UK tour too. How exciting. Oh and erm, I'm going to see Girls Aloud again too.

I saw Coldplay in Bellahouston Park, Glasgow with my nephew in 2005. They're not my favourite group but it was Live 8 day and during the afternoon Live 8 was being played on the huge screens around the park, Coldplay were choppered in and Supergrass were one of the support acts. There was a really good atmosphere which I think was because of Live 8 (the first time I saw Coldplay was in Plymouth in 2002 and Idlewild, the support were heckled really badly despite being better than Coldplay) and the evening ended with my nephew and I getting lost finding our way out of that park and having to scale the railings! I saw Take That at the Millenium Stadium in 2006 and that was pretty epic too! -
Nice one Gordon Ramsay! Dinner looks good and I always cheat and buy pastry!

Fade to Grey - Visage It's all this 80s reminiscing!

I love Fall Out Boy. I'm not sure why I think it's the guyliner. I grew up on Bowie, The Smiths, The Cure, Suede and the Manics, I think it's pobably like a renaissance type thing, but I'm not sure. I'm not to good at thinking.

Aaaargh Fraggle Rock! My German teacher was nicknamed the Fraggle after that programme! And Pound Puppies. And ra-ra skirts and leg warmers and crimped hair..... yeurch! ohmygod, the soundtrack to my formative years (ok so i went through my teens in the 90s but I was a loser and about 10 years behind the times) was The Smiths and The Cure, I had a Cure badge on my school tie and wore High Tops with my school skirt (I was such a rebel) Top Gun is amazing and The Breakfast Club (Does Barry Manilow know you raid his wardrobe) and Pretty in Pink remain some of my favourite films. My Dad had a commodore 16 which was like a monolith but had this amazing game called icicle works which is probably really shit now, but when you're like 7 it was amazing. Thundercats, He-man (my neighbour had all the toys), My Little Pony and my favourite was my Jem doll which had red flashing earrings and then my neighbour stole it off me, grrrr. Oh and 80s Eastenders with Nick Cotton the worlds worst junkie and Grange Hill (I just want to help you Ro-land). My 30th is going to be an 80s themed fancy dress do and I am going to back-comb my hair into oblivion like Suzannah Hoffs.
