I have had Directv for years and it is way better than cable in price, quality, customer service, channel selection and its the only place to get NFL Sunday Ticket and the NCAA Mega March Madness package. Last year I got the Directv HD-Tivo and it is amazing but pricey it has two Directv tuners built so you can record two shows at the same time or record one show while watching something else live, a HD OTA reciver so you can get the local HD stations, 30 hours of HD recording time and 300 hours of standard recording time and there is no record quality setting like my old Tivo or VCR's every thing is recording at the highest standard. Also I have had picture loss due weather only a few times during bad storms and every time the power also went out so it really didnt matter.

Iron City is nasty and most Pittsburghers only drink it when they have no other choice and IC Light is one of the most vile things I have ever drank. Stoney's and Straub are the best when it comes to Western PA beers, Rolling Rock is ok but its funny when yuppies where I live now act like they are super cool when they order it.

I would think right before or right after Labor Day September 4, in 2006 wouldnt be super busy since that is when kids are starting school.

I went to the Adventurer's Club for the first time monday night and it is great way funnier than the Comedy Warehouse across the street and shouldnt be missed. I don't think it's in trouble of being closed since it was the only club that had wall to wall people in it all of the other clubs where empty and it was a castmember night, the way they have it set-up is cool since you move from room to room and each "show" is long enough for everyone to order drinks.

The old MGM Grand Adventure in Las Vegas had a rip off Jungle Cruise if I remember right.

The Pittsburgh area had tons of flooding last year when the remains of Hurricane Ivan dump tons of rain on the area there was flooding everywhere. The Mon-Fayette Expressway would be a huge plus to the whole area but like always the politicans of Allegheny County/Pittsburgh/State of PA stand in the way of something needed because they want to line there own pockets.

The 3 things I remember getting hit in the head with are a student teachers birth control pill container while walking into math class in high school some dudes found it and where throwing it around and when I walked into the room wham right between the eyes. A frisbee with a poem taped to it thrown by "Leaping" Lanny Poffo at a wrestling show when I was a kid, he used to read a poem dissing the other guy before the match and then throw a frisbee into the crowd, I wasnt paying attention and wham it hit me on the side of my head. A half-full Slurpee thrown by some guy who was pissed about paying late fee back in the day when I worked in a video store he was drinking it got mad proceeded to wing it at me as I was getting his change out of the register and then he ran like hell I chased him to the end of the shopping center and punched him a few times before some guy who worked at a hardware store pulled me off of him.

I think I might go 12/6 but not really sure though since I'm going solo and trying to figure out what the best ticket combo to go with is giving me a headache.

You can enter the park between 4-6pm (and get a wristband) and after 7pm. At 6pm, the park closes to everybody but party goers. The event runs till Midnight. I think I get it, you just pay the $38.95 for the event not whatever normal park admission is with the $38.95 ontop of that if you don't want to. I am going to be in central fla. the first week of december for a few things and wanted to hit some Disney parks and was planning on doing MK and Epcot on 12/6 with MK in the morning/early afternoon and Epcot late afternoon/evening but the xmas party thing looks cool and could free up an afternoon for a visit to IOA.

Are tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party seperate from normal park admission?

How is Wal-Mart violating anyone's First Amendment rights? The First Amendment states that the Government cannot infringe on someones free speech, a business can choose to sell or not sell whatever they want.

I like that they changed things up for this season just because the last two where sorta stale and hit alot of countries they already visited.

I rode the Jack Rabbit, Race and Log Jammer at Kennywood 20+ times each the summer the Steel Phantom opened we walked on and off them all day. In february I rode Tower of Terror at Disney/MGM Studios 10 times, I was with my parents and sisters family we rode it first no one wanted to ride again so I snagged everyone's ticket and got a ton of Fastpasses rode it a bunch.

I sat in the third row at about 7:30 pm.

I took my nephew 8/2 & 8/3 and almost eveything but Italian Job was a few minute wait, the water park was packed but it was 95+ degrees out. I am still hurting from Son of the Beast and The Beast is the most overrated coaster I have ever been on.
