If Elissa had posed for that picture naked, she may well have been arrested...

Ha, think the only picture I've got of me with girls is the aforementioned, shouldn't be difficult to find one of me with a bunch of guys... I'll go digging.

"Graduated" from high school Class of 2001, although "graduated" is a pretty strong word, there's no ceremony or anything over here, you just kindof... Leave. I'll be graduating from university part of the class of 2007... I kinda took a year out so I'm running a little late. :?

^ WTF?! Ok, I think you definitely win, but... WTF?! Are you a tourist attraction? Or did you just round them all up and go, hey, one day I might need to win a most-number-of-girls-in-a-photo-with-me contest?! Can I enter this competition? I think I have a photo of me with about thirty girls from school somewhere...

I'm confused as to how someone can have been here for 7 months and have never noticed the picture thread... I mean... It's right there. No offense heydawg.

Stayed in Friday night and did my Bridget Jones thing, drank a lot of wine, listened to music that made me cry followed by "I Will Survive" and "Holding Out For A Hero" on repeat, and swore about men a lot. Yesterday I spent most of the day trying to make a start on the five assignments I got this week... Stupid university!! Then nipped out for what was supposed to be "a couple of quick drinks" last night... Got in about 3.30am. :? And today I've had a cheer up day! Whenever I feel a bit run down I just chill out for the day, watch a couple of films, have a soak in the bath with a few glasses of wine, listen to music, dance around my room, etc... Recharges my batteries before tonight and the coming week.

^ Don't you start, you're old enough to know better!! Just been sat here wondering when someone's gonna get out the tape measure... See what you started Quaker?!?!

News: Lab tests confirm deadly virus in Romania
Louise replied to Hattuchili's topic in Random, Random, Random
I don't know an awful lot about it actually, not seen much of the news this last week, but from the sounds of things there is a vaccine either available or very nearly available (in Britainat least) so surely if they just vaccinate, well all the areas (and surrounding areas) where they know the infection exists and kill the birds they know for sure are infected then we should be okay... Someone mentioned SARS a couple of pages back... The SARS outbreak was pretty nasty, and yes it spread a little bit, but at the time everyone thought the whole world would be infected, and in the end it didn't come to that. I'm sure this will be the same. Hope so anyway. -
^ Sorry to hear that. Hold up, black widow?! Apologies for my British ignorance but I thought those things killed you...??!! Maybe not?! :?

^ LMAO!! Pun intended? Yay or nay?

You're not stupid Soren, I got mad the second I read that post, but had calmed down by the time I read the explanations for it!! I don't think it's that you don't underestand American sarcasm, I think it's just that its easy to take something the wrong way when you see it typed if there's no smileys or anything. Otherwise it just looks like the other person is being insensitive, and there's a big difference between that and making light of a bad situation. PS - Robb, I laughed out loud at what you just said about Michael Jackson, funniest thing I ever saw! (Thank God you're joking though...! :? ) -
^^^^ If you're gonna drink a last beer, you picked the right one! Mmmm, Guinness.... I love all the Halloween stuff, everyone had better post pics of themselves in costume in two weeks' time, barely anybody in England celebrates it...

I wanna know what the hell got smashed up to show the DVD-battle scene!! Cherry Falls? Zoolander? Police Academy 6? Or something far worse... ACEr porn?! Nice "blood" by the way. -
I hardly think this says anything about European vs American intelligence, it just proves how bored I am that I could be bothered to go to the search function which nobody else could! Can't sleep tonight so have a lot of free time on my hands, that's all! *bows modestly*

Mine's an upright so at least it fits through doors, but still, moving house with it was a total bitch! If it was at all possible to save it though... Every piano is different, I love the thing. But yeah, fingers crossed I'll never have to. -
I'm about 1000 times worse in person, wait til the UK trip! My tongue's as clumsy as the rest of me. I have foot in mouth disease.

^ Something quite similar happened to me when my auntie passed away, also in a hospice. And that feeling of being numb emotionally is terrifying, I think it's almost worse than feeling the pain. But without letting this thread go into my own despair... I'm a dumbass. On route to the dumb moments thread as we speak. Road rage ON THE ROAD, AIR rage in the air Louise... *smacks forehead*. Jeez. Thanks for not ridiculing me too much cfc!

This is a great thread but when me and my friends played this one late night/early morning months ago we put limits on it because everyone says similar things: household pets and photographs are a given, assume they are already saved. Just gives a bit more variety! Excepting the aforementioned, (can't be arsed going taking pics, it's 4am) I would save my dvd and cd collections, two specific ornaments that have great sentimental value to me, and my piano, which is truly my prized possession. How the hell I'd manage to drag the piano out of the house while escaping from a fire I have no clue... EDIT: Just realised what that box set actually is... Billy West is a complete and utter GENIUS!!! Love him. Should NOT have been replaced. -
Could this be basically it? Or something similar? Second post down... The search feature is my friend... http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1799&highlight=supreme+scream+story+knotts

^^ People often tend to define others by what they do, don't apologise for us doing that (I've already done it today on another thread), not your fault. Although emphasising your job by having "brewer" in your username probably doesn't help... As Soren says, you don't come across as "just" a guy who likes theme parks and beer, I don't post too much, but I read a lot, and you come across as a genuinely good guy, who loves his family very much, and who likes to have fun at parks and *occasionally* enjoy a good beer. Nothing wrong with that. Ignore what any of us says, do what makes you and your family happy! If that involves not drinking... Great stuff! I'm off the booze myself at the moment now I don't fit into ANY of my jeans anymore!

I had to double take at the huge billboards for the new "adult entertainment channel", especially when I saw Jon Snow pictured (middle aged news reader), but having now received some information in my newspaper, I find it isn't as exciting as it sounds! -
^ True, I know not everybody gets along but... In comparison to other boards where you can barely even HAVE an opinion, let alone express it without being shot down and pounced upon... This place is pretty cool. Try suggesting a discussion on gun control in most places and there'll be flame wars and name-calling on the first page for God's sake! Sometimes I look around and think, wow, what a great world we live in. Other days, like today, I just feel sad. So much violence, so many disasters... Ugh.
