Did you guys go to MK on Gay Days Saturday on purpose, or just on accident?

Rumor has it B&M is building a flying coaster somewhere else in Orlando, due to open around the same time as the HP Island...

In the Sentinel article, they say it will be the "new, seventh" island. So, I guess part of the Lost Continent will survive. Think about it though. Would the queue for Deuling Dragons not make a perfect Hogwarts Castle if it were rethemed?

Sorry, but this is blasphemy. This song IS LP. The whole point of this album was to break the boundaries they had set for themselves and make the music they wanted to without trying to fit a sound. This song is a perfect example of that. Moreover, the layered vocal vamp at the end of the song makes me happy in a big, musician with chills kind of way.

Yeah, the dives are a little scary. The worst part of it, frankly, is the anticipation of the drop...the lift hill, etc. The drop itself is not dissimilar from a drop tower or even a steeply dropping water ride (Jurassic Park River Adventure, Splash Mountain)...just steeper than them, obviously. After the shock of the dive, it's not too bad. I still come off Shiekra shaking, though.

This all depends on the sound you're going to and your price range. I'm a big fan of older Peavey guitars, but my main guitar right now is a newer Ibanez GSZ series that I'm in love with. I can get pretty much any sound out of it I want with the right amp settings. Also, it runs more in the $600 range then in the $1,500-$2,000 range you'll find in a Fender or Gibson which will also confine you to a sound. Just my two cents

Robb, you're not alone in thinking Ice is the best. I've always been a ice man myself, though the end is a bit disapointing. However, the wall makes me happy. Goliath513, you, however, are alone in thinking it was a mistake taking out that BTTF ride. I don't know anyone who could ride that without nearly puking.

Would you believe I've lived in Orlando for 11 years and have NEVER ridden Kraken, Journey to Atlantis (or Shamu Express..) I went to Sea World once shortly after I moved here and haven't been back since. But....Mike and I are going on Saturday with our friend Julie (who works there). Yay!

Well, I could be wrong, as I've never been to CP, but I do know a bit about photography...and to me, it's most likely just a perspective thing.Because Sky Hawk is in the front and you don't know how far back TTD is, so it's probably just a camera trick. Bands with members of different heights use this trick all the time. Look at any picture of Sevendust. The singer is 5'5" and the bassist is 6'4", yet in their pictures the singer looks nearly as tall as the bassist.

The only real way for this to have any real affect on ANYTHING is if people don't drive on May 15th. If people drive and don't pump gas that day, they're either going to be pumping the day before or the day after. People still have to put fuel in their cars.

Yeah. I wish there was video footage of me sucking DDR. Squinty face deserved. The weather was awesome and the city wasn't covered in a giant smoke cloud like we were today, which was nice.
