There was a really bad winter this year. but still they should no. they are on a lake and have been open for a few years. And what are the laws for testing, how long does the ride have to be tested for before the state let it open?

Im sure this has been posted before. the thing thing about harry potter is crazy to me. i have never in my life had to wait in a line or get a fast pass to get in to a land of a park. people were waiting about an hour and a half just to get in to harry potter land. then every thing over there was an hour wait. well all but dd. to me it was just crazy to thing that it was that busy or that big of a deal people are pay 60 some bucks to go to one land in the park Crazy!.

Just a heads up there is a big car show going on in norwalk that weekend. so some of the hotels in norwalk will be booked or packed

does any one know whats holding it up. i feel it maybe something with the boats

Is any one in to cars? I love roller coaster and cars. i was up by cedar point i found a places to get some cool picture so i didn't know if any one else had any car pictures with roller coasters in the back If so post?

i will agree. i like how in the day time its fun and just like the park is in the summer but once the sun goes down you can go to a places and no you will get scared or see people get scared. and the fog is alot covers and is blowing all over the park. Im going this friday. i hope as long as its not raining all day. and i hope its not to busy. but halloweekend is a must at the end each year

Dammie what are you dress as. and how are croweds on fridays on halloweekends. also i maybe going saturday as well. if i do i will meet up

I live in Columbus ohio about hour and a half to kings island and 2 and a half to cedar point. I get cedar fairs pass for the last few years. since i know im going to be going to cedar point alot. I pick to go to cedar point over kings island. I want to kings island this years just to ride db. i also want to a few other parks this year, and just keep telling my self how much i love cedar point once the day is over. People can say its over rated but to me it puts a smill on my face and know i can go and get a thrill that some parks can lack to me

looks fun. but hope there is more theming to it. but cant wait till next year. water rides are super fun

I would be ok with a woodie, but i dont see one coming this year. and i think that a water ride is the best fit for time and clues.

i dont want a diver. been on two and there ok just not the best ride. and a flyer i have been on two but not b&m so i would want to ride one of those before i say if that would be a good fit at cedar point.

I think a long fun log ride themed around moonshine and all that would be fun. has any one seen if you ride the train from frontier land to main midway when you go through bone ville the guy making moonshine and drinking it. the bottle is labeled white lighting

I really dont want to rain on any one's day but i dont see any thing big going in next year. i was at the point today, and beside that picture posted there is no sign of any thing being done to the island at the park. just one or two stacks with red flags on them. I looked and looked all day for any clues and could not find any thing. so my guss would have to be a dark ride themed around like fbi- moonshine makers defending its self. inless the joke is that it will be really opening in 2011

I dont think its a coaster since well there really is no work going on there. when i was last there in june. when i was on mf i looked all around that island all that was there was stuff from last years walk through haunt. And also im 6'6 78" and i fit on all the rides. for the most part. i have learned to fit. and have even been on max air

i'm In lake laur nc for a week. I have a cedar fairs pass. so im planning on going to the park. But im going with a few people who dont have a pass. is there any places to get discount tickets. and can i get threw the hole park in a day. and still have time for the water park. and tips would be great.

Im in Lake lure. For a week and i plan on going to carowinds. and i want to know the trick to getting threw the park in a day, also still having time to go to the water park. also any one know were i can get discount tickets. to the park. thanks

I want to Kings Island yesterday to. I wanted to get my cedar fairs pass and also ride db. First thoughts, It looks really good towing over the park. I thought since you could get in early with a pass that it would be testing when i got there about 345. But it was not kinda shocked me. Once i got all my paper work taken care of. i made my way back to db. I wanted to knock it out first not knowing how long the line would end up. Got there a little after 5, Walked to line about a 5 min wait. The ride looks really cool running all the way back to the end of the park. The water splash down area also ends a nice new look to the area. My first ride was in the middle of the train since the girl working would not let me wait for the front. SO I get in sit down. Really like the trains. Seats are nice and don’t hurt or uncountable for some one 6'6". My thoughts after the ride, I was really really disappointed. Everyone talked about how good it was. i got off and was like well that sucked. First drop was good but feels smaller when your going over it then it is. Then after that there was no air time really no speed hammerhead turn sucked-slow force less. So after being disappointed I just wanted to walk around the park and just rode everything else and just walked around and enjoy the nice day that we had yesterday . So after ridding everything in about two hours. I just thought I will try to get a few more rides on it so that I could find out if it was really that bad or just a bad seat. Ride 2. This time I need to ride in the front. So I waited about 15 min at the most for my front row ride. The view from the front is really good. The drop this time was a lot stronger and faster. the next few hill gave me a lot of crazy air time. The hammerhead was a lot stronger. And found my self enjoying the ride a lot more. ride 3. Want for row 16 the back. The ride in the back is fun. you get thrown over the hill and get a lot of air time as well. mcbr are light and get some more floating air. the final helix at the end before the splashdown sucks slow and force less. In all seats. The water splash down is really big but did get me a little wet on the lift side back seat. Overall thoughts. the best ride in the park hands down. run ride differently think it passed magnum on my list. but that’s it not the best steel ride ever but a good one. After thinking about my first ride. i think since it was so early in the day the train and wheels had not warmed up yet, so that why it was running super slow. And that’s why the trims were off and just putted around the track. Also this maybe the quietest ride I have ever been on. over all I get it a 7.5 or 8 good ride for the park and adds a lot to the park and area as well.

This is kinda off topic. But i'm planning to get a platinum pass, normal i would get a cear point one. But since the new ride is a kings islaND. i'm getting it for there since i can go there this weekend. So i want to know were i can get kings island platinum pass pass. beside online and at the park?

so i see the ride is by the old trtr. Any one have the map to show me the best way to get to the ride when i go this weekend. the faster i get there the better

does your platinum pass help you get in a hour early then the park opens if so is this ride open at that time. and is the line shorter then.

Ok hear is what i have been thinking about. Im a 21 years old. and i been thinking to my self why should i throw my money away when i can do something with it. I was looking in to getting some stock and i no that the market is really low right now. so i though why not by stock now hold on to it for a few years and sell it when it gose up. I want to get cedar fairs stock(fun) but i want to know if any one is in to stock and thinks it a good idea
