About how far from Pittsburgh are these parks? Beside Kennywood i know that's right out side of Pittsburgh I would love to do a trip like this one weekend!

it was Super cold Saturday i think only 4 coasters were open on Saturday as of when i got there around 4. Corkscrew Maverick mean streak and Wicked Twister. Sunday was much nicer no wind littler warmer. Most rides had little wait. My last ride was on raptor.

At this time i will be at the park some Saturday night and most of the day Sunday. Saturday i will go see some of the shows leave watch some football then go back and do some of the outside haunts Just hopping that most of the rides are open Sunday the weather looks OK not much wind now for Sunday.

Depends on how many days your going to the park. Soak city can be worth it just to get away from the park and relax a little. I for one go to bubbles the swim up bar a few times a year just to relax chill out and talk to some super nice people and also to get a beer. then go back to the park later in the day and ride more kinda breaks the day up.

first Troegs brewery is amazing. worth a trip Great Beer and great food. I for one loved Skyrush.

Good old Chipotle.

I have been on a few but the two that stand out the most is ttd. We pulled out to the lights and right as the train want back to launch it started to rain. I was also in the front row. It felt like bee's Stinging my face it sucked. Made for a fun on ride picture. I also rode MF in the rain. we were the next train to board it started raining one of the other people in line was getting deployed three days later. He saying things like let me ride i may never get to come back. the rain stopped for us to get on the ride as as we went up the lift hill the sky opened and started raining. this also hurt but a great ride we were all laughing at the end of the ride. One last one well two. I have done power tower and wicked Twister in the rain and and when you get to the top for the split second when your wait less you feel like your moving at the same speed as the rain and it looks like its not moving super cool stuff.

The thing is that bigger and better for the park ,and to the gp see this as a great thing that they want to be a part of so yes this is bigger and better then renaming a ride. Yes it sucks we didn't find any more out but i will keep on waiting.

Do we have any real work going on around or on mantis. Trying to see if anyone has any picture of real fact of land clearing or power washing the ride.

A: A coaster closure of any kind, at any park, is a big deal. Especially here. So yes, that's a major announcement. Food for thought - we never said it was a 2015 announcement. Q: So...what are you guys doing? A: Clearly, we're not done. There's more exciting news to come. There will probably be a few more announcements of announcement dates of another announcement for an announcement's announcement. As I've said in the past, we do everything for a reason, including our timing. I can't divulge the specifics, but there's a science to the schedule. Maybe after coffee, I'll tell you. As long as you don't ruin my carpet with dirty shoes!

What is funny to me is that people keep calling Stand up coaster a gimmick, but i think a floorless car is also a gimmick. So why do you want one gimmick over the other.

From the web cam can you see anything going on over by mantis?

I want to go back to what rob said. Last year i didn't think cedar point was getting a new ride. I thought we would of seen more dirt moving or track on site before We did. They also did all the track work for the ride in just a few weeks in one of the worse winters in the last 20 some years. I think we will know more as the weeks pass but i would not rule anything out at this time

As for my thoughts on test paint .I im sure they have paint laying around cedar point. So why not Play in to all the Rumors and paint a small part of track not like it would cost a lot and take much time.

Well the weather has sucked in ohio this summer. It was cool and it has rained alot Could keep people away. that could be part of this. Also if people have to pick one park more people maybe going to kings island to ride banshee then to take a trip to cedar point. How do we know for sure that attendance is down. I hope that next year is a intamin Ride, Or something RMC. I do like what Cedar point is doing with the park the last few years. I dont think adding Floorless Cars would help much
