I no that was my 1st coaster with an inversion & its leaving

Today I went to Halloween Haunt because I didn't want to go to Fright Fest or wait in long lines. Also its been 8 years since I've been to Dorney Park's Halloween event & I really wanted to go. My friend Joe & I arrived Looks like that SUV needs parking lessons Dorney Park! First up Talon! Hydra was next. Dragon Wagon! I didn't need the credit we just wanted to ride Thunderhawk was running good today. Time for Steel Force 2x in a row Lazer is closed looks like I'll never get to ride it again Voodoo broke down but opened up again! I got to ride it 2x today. The park was basically empty today The Wild Mouse was only a 10 minute waite instead of 40 No comment. We even rode Woodstock's Express just for fun My last roller coaster ride in 2008 (Hint: on the East Coast) ridden in the front. 626 coaster runs this year Its 6 p.m. which means time for Haunt! Here's some Haunt pics. Scream Works. Bloody barrels. They had a lot of freaky cars. The Headstone Hallow trail under Thunderhawk. Pumpkin Patch. My favorite attraction. Club Blood was fun. The scarers of Dorney. Some fog to add fear. This random girl asked me to take a picture of her eating corn Wait is that Lazer working Looks like Lazer will close of the 2008 Roller Coaster Season in the East Coast I now have 627 runs which is a high record. In 2007 I had 300 runs & in 2006 324. This year I shattered both of those records thanks to Theme Park Review. Today was a lot of fun. The attractions were fun & I rode every coaster. I'll miss 2008 but 2009 already looks better Now please WATCH the VIDEO!!!!! We have Creamy Acres in South Jersey. It is a farm with #1 Halloween attractions! http://www.nightofterror.com/attractions.html Also the Eastern State Peditentary in Phillly http://www.easternstate.org/halloween/ I haven't been to any of these places but I'll try to go this October. I'm definetly going to Halloween Haunt at Dorney on the 5th

Right now I say fail. I'm a die heart woodie fan & this looks like it would turn out to be boring & painful. Maybe if one is built I'll change my mind if I ride it but I think woodies should stay the way they are for the classical coaster experience.

It wasn't that crowded it was just really hot. After noon Kingda Ka, El Toro, & Dark Knight's queue was all full & we were getting tired & board.

Today was my last trip to GADV in 2008 since I will not be going to Fright Fest. I refuse to attend Fright Fest this year because last year's crowds were out of control. Not to mention that the entire event was a joke. I would rather go to Dorney Park's Halloween Haunt, which I am, & actually get scared. Moving on to today. I met my friend Matt (MillenniumForce44) at the front gates since we met on the Behemoth trip. Our first two rides of the day was a walk on El Toro! El Toro was AMAZING but Boulderdash is still better in my opinion. Kingda Ka keeps getting better! We were so close to rolling back! I've ridden Kingda Ka 65x when it was both the tallest & fastest roller coaster in the world since Germany is breaking the speed record in 2009. Great American Scream Machine is always a walk on Nitro Skull Mountain decorated for Fright Fest. Runaway Mine Train was 7th! Medusa! Nitro, like years previous, was my last ride at GADV. We left early because it was REALLY HOT & crowded today. Also we did everything we wanted to do. Bye GADV see you in 2009! Watch the VIDEO!!!!!! Today I was really board. My parents were going out & I had a car so I asked them if I could drive to the shore. They said yes & I headed for Atlantic City at around 6:15 p.m. Also this was my first trip since the East Coast Tour ended. The only credit I needed at Steel Pier was the kiddie coaster Little Leaper. Yes I am a Credit Whore! My camera sucks at night but enjoy the pics anyway & watch the VIDEO!!!!! Yayy 212th credit! This was also my 600th coaster run of 2008 Another shot of Little Leaper. My last ride ever at Steel Pier Crazy Mouse (Since Steel Pier is closing in 2009 ). Time to head over to Ocean City for some more credits After about 30 minutes of driving I reached Gillian's Wonderland! 213th credit Runaway Train! Yes my camera is bad at night Sling Shot! You get Airtime going up but not down. An unacceptable amount of wetness Wacky Worm Off to Playland's Castaway Cove where I only took one picture. The Python scared the CRAP out of me After the Python I rode the Flitzer & headed back home. This was a quick trip to the Jersey Shore. Tomorrow will be my last trip to GADV for 2008! The new trains look interesting. At least Vekoma is trying to make their rides smoother. However I personally think the new SLC trains didn't do much on the Great Nor' Easter. I hope the new boomerang trains make a bigger difference than the new SLC trains.
