  2. I thought about it as well I did not count Apple & Worm as a credit.
  3. Just curious, what made Terminator better than El Toro? The fact that it is a GCI, that it never looses speed, has pops of air time, "Take The Tunnel!" it is themed (sort of) & riding it at night kicks a$$.
  4. Kings Island September 25th & 26th where I will ride my 300th credit!
  5. I find it funny how CP tricked us in getting a coaster. In the back of my mind I knew it wasn't going to happen. I think this is a great addition to the park.
  6. I watched the re-run at midnight & thought it was ok. I was annoyed with all of the water park stuff & less coasters. I think it is funny how they film the gp in these shows & the gp tries to act like they no what they are talking about but they sound so stupid to enthusiasts like when they don't understand what airtime is or call a barrel roll a 360.

  11. Day 3 Part 1 Gilroy Gardens: Day 3 was interesting. Our first park was Gilroy Gardens. We had morning ert on Quicksilver express which was the best mine train I've been on! It was not to long or not to short & I enjoyed the theme. After that we rode Apple & Worm the powered kiddie coaster. I'm still not sure if it is a credit so I'll count it as a bonus credit. Timberline Twister was my 240th credit & was a fun little kiddie. Apart from the coasters the park was really nice & clean. It had some unusual attractions like the onion tea cups & the mushroom swings. The antique cars were really cool themed. Nothing beats the rock maze take over! Also there were interesting shaped plants & trees. We had a nice lunch & the park treated us very nicely. Day 3 Part 2 Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk: So this was an interesting visit. After riding the Giant Dipper my phone's screen cracked & would not work anymore. I want to give a huge shout out to an old friend from the East Coast Trip John (forgot your screenname ) for driving me to the Verizon store so I could get a pay as you go phone. Thanks again dude you are awesome! So after the Giant Dipper phone incident I attempted to enjoy my day. We got to tour the Giant Dipper behind the scenes as well as under the carousel. I rode a few rides as well. So enjoy the pics & video from today: [/u][/u] The dark rides were ok. You broke my phone! Another nerd shot! Nerd shot! Some Dipper pics. We got to tour the Giant Dipper (not that I liked the ride very much). Sea Serpent. Thankfully John was local & met up with TPR & drove me to the Verizon store. That is why! I'm not a fan of this woodie. This was intense! We are ready for Hurricane & our second park of the day! SCBB! TPR took over the rock maze after lunch! Their antique car ride was very well themed. Mushroom swings! Waterfall! Wait their lake is actually clean! This park had interesting shaped trees. Yay lunch! Timberline Twister is a credit & my 240th credit! Robb says this is a credit! I didn't count it. This mine train was awesome! 6x in a row! Yay for morning ert on Quicksilver! Josh is ready to take on Gilroy!

  18. Trip 18: Hershey Park August 25, 2009 Well one of the saddest days of the year has arrived. This was my first trip back from West Coast so it felt weird not being in a large group. The last trip of the 2009 summer roller coaster season. With college & fall right around the corner the summer season is slowly coming to a close. Today two friends from work & I went to Hershey since we all had off work the next day as well. We arrived at the park around 12 pm & most of our time was spent riding the woodies. We saw Inglorious Bastards the night before so we were tired & didn't stay that long. Most of my pics are from the kissing tower. Our first 4 rides were on Lightning Racers. I had 3 runs on Lightning side & 1 on Thunder. After Lightning Racers we headed over to WildCat. It was ok. The Comet's line was about 15 minutes so we rode that 2x in a row Sooperdooperlooper was a walk on! Following Sooperdooperlooper we rode the kissing tower because my friend's girlfriend wanted to. Following the tower we rode Trailblazer. Since there was no line for Sooperdooperlooper we rode that again. Storm Runner rolled back so it was closed & we did not feel like riding Fahrenheit. Comet was our last ride of the day. It was our 12th ride of the day & my 480th roller coaster ride of the year! I have many more trips planned for 2009 even though local parks are closing. kings Island is a definite for September. Also Halloween Horror Nights is planned for the 1st weekend in October. Hershey Park will close the local park season on November 1st. Sometime before Thanksgiving I'm planning a trip to Dollywood for the weekend. My last trip of the year will be Christmas Town at BGE during the Holidays. There is still more to come in 2009 but enjoy the picks from Hershey: Did not ride. This shot was timed perfectly! Here are some pics from the kissing tower. I rode Comet 3x today! Yay for Lightning Racers!
  19. I think I am more interested in this Intimidator since it is a B&M hyper built for airtime However they both look fun & I will be riding both next year
