Hi I have the SAME problem and suffer from motion sickness since I was a kid on anything that moves ioncluding bus, flights, boats and tep also rides. I love rides and never thought to give up on rides. What I do is take pills for motion sickness 30 minutes before . I use something that is called Travamine. It makes me a bit sleepy and it worls just great. Do not try to take any medication for a regular nausea as it wont help you at all. You need something specific for motion sicknes. Still there are rides that even under medication you wont be able to enjoy or moght cause you to feel bad - Rotor, Breakdance , Zipper and any spin ride that goes too fast or cause disorientation. I always carry a plastic bag with me in my pocket just in case but never used it during rides. I just came back from Disney Paris and thanks to Travamin I had a really good day with all rides and no any side effects. But I really really think you must take something to control this motion sickness as it wont be solved out by itself and it can easily ruin your trip so dont take any risk.

In Tel Aviv Israel we have rain and its not so cold - about 20 cellzius. We never have snow in here but can get some heavy showers that make the entire city one big traffic jam.

You like raving? That is so cool because I hardly know anyone who is into that scene. You definitely need to plan a trip to Ibiza. The Ibiza party last year was AMAZING. I went to Love Parade in Essen, Germany this year (not as good as Berlin) but it was still so much fun... Tiesto was there, as well as Fedde Le Grand and Blue Man Group! I heard the raves in San Francisco and in Los Angeles are great as well which is where I am planning to go next! Love Parade Berlin - I am so sorry I never got the chance to be there. I just saw some videos and there were tears of excitment in my eyes. I was in Dance Valley last summer in Amsterdam for my 3th time it was was cool. Have you been to DC10 Circo Loco in Ibiza ? I really really like Raves so my holidays are always combinations of Raves, Clubbing and Coasters. Amsterdam is one of my destinations as they got the best parties in the world, really good food, amazing girls and nice people. I think next year I will fly to Ibiza in Spain as my clubbing friends told me this is MUST.

Pecorino is great and the Dutch Gouda is amazing. I can eat cheese as is without anything else. However with my high Cholesterol level I can't. Does anyone here like Blue Cheese (smelly ones) ? And here is something pretty common in the Middle East : Eating salted Feta Cheese (kind of Greek cheese) with watermelon. Really cool thing.

My local park "LunaPark" in Tel Aviv (Israel) just added an Iceskating rink. At first I thougt it was stupid but from marketing point of view it is clever as they charge more money for it and the rink is working all days even when the park is closed so its a good wat to make some extra money during weekdays.

In the news it looks really really scarry but I guess those of you who do live close see it from a more realistic (and sometimes less catastrophic) point of view. I live in Israel and we got our own shit so I know that things can look much worse on tv than in reality. I pray for all of you in this area. My advice for you is to make a "just in case" bag with all the things that you really want to keep and that you might not have time to pack if the fire will get closer and you need to evacuate. I doesn't hurt to be ready.

Well the army is mandatory in here (Israel) but people can get away from it if they have problems (mental or physical). Of course many people can act like they have problems and although I served 3 years I still can understand people who are so afraid from it that they just do everything to avoid it. I also have panic / anxiety disorder and well - it wasnt easy dealing with it while being in the army as I didnt want to get out. Back in my days it was a big shame not to be in the army and nowdays its abit different. For me it felt like I had no other choice. I had some bad times and some good times. The thing is my service forced me to find inside of me the inner strength to deal with my anxiety (maybe there are better ways though).

Did anyone eat at Ikea ? I like the food although the traditional Swedish meat balls are not my favorite.
