Job wise....I am good because I been at my f/t job (counting the p/t years) since 2001 and at my p/t sinc 05. As for the tax credit, it is up to 8k, 10% of the sales price. As for the credit score....lets not go there. That is why I hope to get more and pay off my current debt and only have the home loan as my only debt after (credit cards, a personal loan and student loans total about 15k) and improve it (get rid of most, if not all of my credit cards or pay it off every month like I should).

I figured on the inspection, I am not too worried. This was my great grandma' home before she died. It has a newer roof and furnace, along with all the appliances. I know the property taxes run about 400 (like 390 something) according to the paper I got from the real estate person I am talking to. As for down payment, I won't have one. I am hoping that because of my income and being a first time home owner, I can get help on that. As for the trip to Walmart, my mom and sister are moving into it with me and all our furnishings go with it.

I am looking at home and was wondering what on top of the cost of the home should I expect. The home is listed at 42,250 and I plan to submit an offer of 35k so I can get more on the loan and pay off my current debt or most of it. We currently rent an apt. and we pay 600 a month for it and I figure it will be cheaper to buy this place as opposed to paying someone elses home loan.

Finally rode it....I take back anything I said bad about this ride not delivering. Front seat is awesome as the water spray is fun, middle seats are fun, and the back seat has air time. And you get soaked. Rode a total of six times. Park is really packed today so I am hanging out at my camp site until walk back time, won't ride anymore until close to closing.

I want to add that if anyone is thinking of trying to ride these two or just stopping, I would suggest calling ahead and asking. Craig tried to call ahead and we got lucky and he was home.

They have been adjusting the ride...keep in mind...the ride was doing final tests literally a few weeks before the park opened. Give it a few more weeks at that and I bet it will be open all the time.

One trick to taking pictures of things that are going fast is to follow the object before you want to take the picture, then once it hits where you want to take the picture, take it. If you shutter speed is low enough, the back ground will be blurry, if it is high due to lighting, it will just be standing still.

You know, when I made my first visit to Kings Island back on opening day, I spent about 5 minutes trying to figure out where the entrance to Beast was......There was no signage except a sign no where near the entrance. They need to do something because if someone goes for the first time by thierself....I can see someone not finding it. I enjoyed my ride on it also....it is a good ride. Even though on the day I went, the water splashdown effect wasn't working.

Nice photos..... As for you complaints. The food service....Eat at Mooseburger Lodge. Great Cheeseburger (or Bacon Cheeseburger) and you get waffle fries and a couple onion rings(for about 13 dollars and get an ice water that is free). Also, the lockers....they are not required on all coasters. Mr. Freeze and Screamin Eagle do not require lockers, there are bins inside the station. Also, I have never been troubled by the locker policy....why, because I take the bare min, into parks. I put a car key, my debit car, my season pass, my drivers license and a little cash into a baggy. It sits nicely inside my pocket. When I am ready to take pictures, I head back out to my car (or a locker that I rented at the front of the park) and take my pictures/video in one lap as I get ready to leave. I also went up EK exit line to get pictures when I wanted them. Also I wouldn't say Tony Hawk a spinning wild mouse. It is a spinning coaster...and a good one at that. Quite fun actually.

Good thing no one was smoking around them when gas was released.

I can't speak for here, but I am a mod at other sites and I have had times where I had to think is this something I find mean and not appropiate or something that is to everyone. It may not be hard, but it is harder than you think (to me on the other sites I am on that I mod).

Sounds like the memory card is corrupt. Try formatting it.

If that market is anything like my station, days are slow news wise around now for some reason. We don't like to run national news in our local newscasts. As far as news stations over hyping....I somewhat agree, but I only see it every once in a while at my station (particularly with severe weather, but I am production so nothing I can say or do about it). But that is what most of the general public thrives, you would be surprised on ratings when there is breaking news or big news in a newscasts (well, at my station since we kill the only other station in town).

As posted above, just buy online, you have two choices when you do that. !. pay 33 dollars for one day 2. pay 47 for two days (doesn't have to be back to back). i believe you can take a coke can to the gate and get discounted tickets though.

Prepare ship for ludicrous speed! Fasten all seatbelts, seal all entrances and exits, close all shops in the mall, cancel the three ring circus, secure all animals in the zoo!

That spot isn't that complicated, and with the right person, could be shot in one day and edited in one or two. Buying airtime is actually very simple. Once a spot is made, usually only takes a day to hit the airwaves if a time slot is available and if my station is any example, there is plenty of slots). Animation at the end could be done in a day or two. That being said, it is actually a very descent spot for a local park.
